Cozy and well equipped apartment located in the highest and sunniest part of Puerto Rico 1km by sea and city center. It is located in a PRIVATE TOURIST COMPLEX, with pool and tennis court.

Grocery store to 50 mt from the residence. Open 7/7days.

Excellent starting point to visit the island and the most beautiful beaches: Amadores, Playa de Mogan, Anfi del Mar, Maspalomas, Playa del Ingles...

Ideal for sunbathing: The mild climate, the area sheltered from the wind makes Puerto Rico a welcoming place in any season.

A 30 and 50 mt. from the resort there is a large open space used for parking and It's free for those staying in the area. There is enough parking for all guests.

I travel a lot for various reasons (work, family...) so when I do not use the apartment, I rent it to the tourists.

I love my cozy apartment. What I like about my holiday home is the terrace, the large and comfortable bed and a beautiful communal swimming pool on the roof.

Mountain view side is very relaxing and private. No one can peek in my apartment.

Thoroughly enjoyable.

Gratefully received and generously provided welcome package of interesting eats and an enjoyable bottle of wine. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a sizeable balcony for warm sunny breakfasts.......with a spectacular view. The location was high and the descent into town was easy, even for those in their mid-70s. The return was always by taxi!

Puerto Rico is an attractive tourist resort with all the requisite amenities in abundance. Buses are cheap and frequent to the many interesting nearby locations. Thoroughly enjoyable 5 weeks.

E' stata proprio una bella settimana

L'appartamento è accogliente e super-equipaggiato. Lo abbiamo trovato pulito e in ordine.A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono piscina, ping pong, tennis, ombrellone per il mare.....direi proprio che non manca nulla! Il condominio si trova in una posizione alta e molto tranquilla ma un po' distante dal paese e dal mare ( a piedi), per cui lo consiglio a coppie senza bambini.

Tutto perfetto

L'appartamento è esattamente corrispondente alla descrizione, essenziale ma spazioso con un terrazzo molto godibile, non manca di nulla, perfettamente accessoriato e tutto in ottimo stato, pulito e in ordine. Molto apprezzata l,attrezzatura da spiaggia compresa di borsa frigo.

Wonderful holiday in Gran Canaria

When I go on holiday I always look for a quiet apartment, away from the noise and Moira's apartment is perfect for this.

I stayed there last summer and I retourned in her apartment in october.

It is situated on a steep hill but I rent a car, so it is not a problem. There is also a free park in the complex.

Beautiful swimming pool and sunbathing area.

The apartement is very confortable and well furnished.

I love its terrace, when I have had wonderful sunny breakfasts.

Whether you want to relax, make beach life, Whether you want to visit Gran Canaria, this is a great starting point for both.

You can do many things: sunbathing in Playa de Amadores and relax drinking something in one of the Numerous bars on the beach, do various water sports in Playa de Puerto Rico, take the ferry to go to the famous street market of Puerto de Mogan, play golf at the nearby Taurus, take a walk or a bike ride through the paths of the mountain ... there's something for everyone's taste.
