Lovely home, quiet village near Newquay

Large family home offering two sitting rooms and well equipped breakfast kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Sunny south facing garden with patio, furniture, BBQ and trampoline. Superfast Broadband, giving wifi to the whole house. Four bedrooms including 2 double beds and 2 singles. We could sleep additional children with cots or put up beds. A high chair is also available. Downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom with shower and bath. Safe off street parking available for two cars. The house benefits from being in the centre of the village but is also in a quiet location. The local shop, pub and butchers are within 5 minute walk and there is also a well equipped park, outside gym, skate park and tennis court. Ideal location for walkers and cyclists (St Newlyn East is on National Cycle Route 32). Lappa Valley Steam Railway is nearby and 4 golf courses. Great location for many north coast beaches including Crantock, Holywell Bay and Perranporth. Newquay and Truro can easily be reached by bus from the village. Guests can be collected from Newquay airport and Truro train station. Small to medium dogs may be accepted with agreement from the owners. Smoking is only permitted outside the house.

About Phil.

We are a local family and this is our home. We work locally and our children enjoy local schools as well as all of the fabulous outdoor activities that Cornwall offers. My nineteen year old daughter has a childcare qualification and will be happy to baby sit whenever possible. St Newlyn East is a friendly and tight nit community. we will welcome you to our home and village and be nearby to help or advise.

A lovely family home!

Comfortable, well-equipped and spacious. We quickly felt at home and had a lovely holiday, with enough room for our three generations to enjoy each other without falling over each other. The children settled in quickly, delighted to find games and beach toys to enjoy. The adults were pleased at the thought that had gone into making sure we had everything we needed for a family holiday. This was a good base for the coast and for more rural attractions. We got lost in the lanes a couple of times, but appreciated the directions on short cuts to avoid the worst of the tourist traffic. Happy to recommend the place to other families!
