Property placed in front of the sea and overlooking the Bay of Palma and the beach. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms, plus a bathroom and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and two fantastic terraces, one of them very spacious and with excellent views to the beach where you can enjoy your hours entertainment, reading your favorite book or sharing a meal with family or friends.

It is situated in a quiet area but very close to bars and restaurants to go out with friends or meet new people, as this area is very popular with people of other nationalities. The property is very suitable for family trips, because the terrace allows children to play outdoors or to go out and play on the beach, as this is very close.

The promenade of Arenal is a great location for outdoor practice sports like running, nordic, walk or bike ride. In the area there are several places where bicycles are rented, including family bikes.

Palma beach is extensiveformed by white sand. Taking a walk along the beach to the first hour of the day is an unforgettable and relaxing feeling.

Riesige Balkon mit gigantischem Ausblick

Wir waren mit 6 Personen für 3 Nächte im beschrieben Objekt.

20 Meter vom Strand entfernt und in perfekter Lage zum Erreichen des Nachtlebens.

Die Dachterrasse ist gigantisch groß und man hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer.

Ansonsten entspricht die Wohnung genau den Bildern. Das Bad ist ganz neu und auch der Rest ist in gutem Zustand. Mit 6 Personen sehr gut zu bewohnen.

Nur zu empfehlen!!!

Ottima casa, ottima posizione

Casa molto grande e fornita di tutto il necessario, abbastanza pulita.

Ha il clima solo in una delle 3 stanze da letto, non ha il wi-fi ma ha una stupenda terrazza molto grande in cui si può mangiare con vista mare.

Le foto nella descrizione rappresentano la realtà.

Nel periodo di Agosto è consigliata a ragazzi giovani in quanto la vita notturna è molto esagerata ed essendo sulla via principale davanti al mare il casino va avanti fino alla mattina...

La città di notte è un pò incasinata e sporca ma di giorno è un bellissimo posto.
