This delightful attic apartment is just five hundred metres to the beach. Is tastefully decorated , ideal for one or two people. It is on the second floor. There is not elevator.

The accommodation is on the ground floor a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom, a salon and a bedroom. In this floor there is a terrace with a table and sun chairs where you can enjoy a lovely breakfast.

Up stairs you can access to a large terrace with a table and sun chairs. The terrace is fantastic to have romantic dinners.

The swimming pool area is large and can only be used by residents and holiday makers who stay in the apartment block. This makes it very quiet and peaceful.

The natural park La Gola is just beside the apartment. La Gola is a protected park with a lake and bypaths ideal for walking.

A really quiet property, close to the main square, shops and restaurants.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According to this law the property is available for seasonal rental. No tourist services are offered as daily cleaning, breakfast or similar.

Good location

Disappointed that the apartment has a problem with ants, they are everywhere and nowhere to keep food safe and not pleasant to wake up in the night with them crawling over you!! Need curtains in the window opposite the bathroom, shower won't stay on over head and air con unit leaks on the balcony making it dangerous to walk outside as wet and slippery. Would have loved to have sunbathed on the roof terrace, but no umbrella! On a positive note it was clean and very close to everything.

Owner's Response: You should have communicated this during your stay. Is very exaggerated talk of infection. If you leave the kitchen with food scraps it is normal to enter ants. The height of the shower bath can be adjusted manually. Possibly the air conditioner drain jammed. I could have sent our technician if you had communicated this to me during your stay.

Wonderful Apartment

This Apartment is ideal for a couple. The location is excellent, short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Its in a very quite area and at the same time very convenient to all amenities. We enjoyed 8 wonderful days. Lovely pool which we had to ourselves mostly. The balconies on both floors were great well furnished and great space. Overall the apartment was very well equiped. Wi fi, TV air conditioning all worked well. The stairs in the Apartment could be a bit tricky for young children. I would certaintly recommend this apartment.

Wir haben mit Ferienwohnungen auf Mallorca schon schlechte Erfahrungen gesammelt. Diese Wohnung überraschte uns auf das Angenehmste. Sie ist sehr sauber und wirkte, auch die Außenbereiche beider Terassen, sehr gepflegt. Die (nahzu neue) Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die zentrale, aber dennoch ruhige Lage, gefiel uns ebenfalls sehr. Bars, Restaurants und Strand sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
