St. Peter's Street apartment, in the heart of the Canterbury pedestrianised high street area, is a one bedroom attic apartment in a property built over 500 years ago.
It has a single bedroom with a double bed and the following facilities:
Fully fitted Kitchen with dishwasher
Bathroom with shower and bath
TV with Freesat
WiFi internet (no charge)
Immediate access to the shops, Cathedral and Marlowe Theatre
The entrance is on street level behind the shops and the accommodation is on the second floor of the building.
Julie and I have been operating serviced self catering apartments in Canterbury since 2006. We have accommodated 1,200 guests in our 4 apartments in the last 10 years.
We previously worked in commercial property supplying serviced offices in centres across the UK.
In 2004 we traveled around the world for 333 days with our 9 and 10 year old boys. We share our travel stories with many of the guests who stay with us and have come from the places we visited.
Our business is to make your stay a great one. We will meet you at the railway station, take you shopping, buy your groceries and do whatever it takes. We are full time at your disposal.

It's such a great little hideaway right downtown. The sleeping accommodation is at the back where it is very quiet.
This is a good as it gets and as close as you can be to the City centre and with parking directly outside.
Brilliant location for all City ammenities. Easy access to Kent University. Minutes away from Canterbury West railway station (55 minutes to London St. Pancras). Very private and secure.
This is the perfect place to stay if you seriously want to immerse yourself into the Canterbury experience. Because it is situated along a main street you will feel the energy and excitement of the town. Everything you will want to see is within walking distance. Even the grocery store is nearby. Canterbury is a walker's paradise.
I spent a lovely nine days in this apartment by myself. The living room has plenty of light and had a nice long table which serves as a great dining table. But for me I used it to spread out my art supplies so I could work on my sketches. In addition, I so enjoyed looking out the front window and just people watching. One can also lounge on the couch or the easy chairs to have a chat or watch TV.
The kitchen had everything I needed, even a coffee press. On this vacation I cooked all my meals here and saved a bundle of money.
The bedroom was in the rear of the apartment, and was nice and quiet. The mattress was exceptionally comfortable which was important to me.
Richard’s wife picked me up from the train station, and Richard took me back. I was also invited to an art event which allowed me to chat with the locals. You will find Richard and Julie exceptional people. They really helped me feel I was part of the community; not just a tourist. And that was just what I was looking for :- )
My wife and I spent 9 days at this property situated in the heart of the historical Canterbury pedestrian area, and we really enjoy this stay.The apartment matches its environment perfectly, the place was perfectly clean, with good all the necessary amenities to spend a comfortable stay Richard as been very helpful, picking us up at the train station and even thereafter dropping us back when we were leaving, will strongly recommend
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser individuellen Ferienwohnung mitten in der Fußgängerzone von Canterbury.
Das Schlafzimmer liegt ruhig nach hinten, im Wohnzimmer erlebt man die quirlige City der alten Studentenstadt im Herzen von Kent! Ein echtes Erlebnis!
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt, Mister Board (der Vermieter) sehr zuvorkommend und für alle Fragen und Problemchen sofort um eine Lösung bemüht. Thank you so much, Mr. Board. We hope to come back, soon!

Die Unterkunft direkt an St. Peters Street ist optimal gelegen. Trotz zentraler Lage ruhiges Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnung in einem 500 Jahre alten Haus, die sehr gut eingerichtet ist. Für unseren Stadtaufenthalt genau das Richtige. Der Vermieter hat uns gut zur Wohnung geleitet und allen Absprachen war schon vor der Ankunft gemacht. Wir können das Domizil nur weiterempfehlen.
