LOFT APARTMENT 10 MINUTES FROM THE CENTER OF SEVILLE

Beautiful and cozy apartment of 60 m2 airy, loft 10 minutes from Sevilla type. With everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

The apartment is organized into three rooms: Large kitchen with breakfast bar open to living room (with sofa bed for two people), separately, Japanese panel, there is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with glass door to allow passage of light. Lovely terrace for lunch, dinner or spend a pleasant evening.

Two minutes walk away is the metro station and bus stop. A 5-minute walk from entertainment area with bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies, banks, shops, spa, park and shopping center.

It has all the necessary appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, tv, dvd, console air / heating, toaster, blender, hob, oven, iron, coffee maker, all utensils necessary until a juicer juice. It is included bedding and towels.

Free Wifi 24 hours.

Very quiet, with terrace and pool for summer. You can rest peacefully, listening to the birds at dawn, as the apartment overlooks a street with very little traffic of vehicles, trees and small gardens. But with the advantage of being within walking distance of everything you need for leisure.

The apartment is in a very well connected, with direct access to the motorway. An hour and twenty minutes from the beaches of Huelva and Doñana National Park by clicking on the A-49.

The airport is located about 20 km and can be reached in less than 20 minutes.

The railway station of Santa Justa 10 km, although of traffic it can take about 20 minutes to arrive.

In addition to historic Seville, just a few minutes you can also enjoy the "Island Magina" theme park with great attractions for the whole family, I calculated automatically a water park for the summer.

Nice village apartment convenient to Sevilla

This is a spacious comfortable apartment close to everything. The furniture is comfortable and there is plenty of storage space for your personal items. The kitchen is very well equiped with every thing you need for your stay. There is a large supermarket within walking distance as well as the Metro. There is lots of other shopping nearby also. The apartment has it's own parking space so if you have a car you can explore southern Spain as well. We went to Malaga, Rota and Arcos de la Frontera. Sevilla is fun but best to take the Metro since parking is a problem. This is a great holiday apartment. Irene is very helpful. She was eager to please and checked to make sure we were enjoying our visit. Her cousin Neli is nearby also if you need anything. She is terrific. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit Sevilla and this area of Spain.

Bel appartement

L'appartement est propre très bien situé proche des commerces et d'une station de métro à 10 minutes du centre de Séville.

Le quartier est calme dans un environnement résidentiel.

En revanche, il existe l'appartement sent un peu l'humidité car il est en soubassement d'une maison principale, c'est en fait le garage aménagé en appartement. Il n'y a pas assez d'ouvertures (chambre dans fenêtre, salle de bains sans vmc...), du coup une odeur de moisi s'imprègne dans l'appartement, dommage.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, un appartement très fonctionnel, très propre, dans un quartier calme, à proximité des commerces et des bodegas très appréciables, surtout la station de métro "cavaleri" qui se trouve à deux minutes à pied, et à 15 mn environ du centre historique de Séville, la piscine est sympa où nous étions pratiquement les seuls.

Nous aimerons y revenir.
