Well-planned Newly refurbished house with nice sea views

Newly renovated townhouse, living area of ​​170 m2. Four bedrooms with a total of 8 -10 beds spread over 3 floors. Each floor Has Its own bathroom and a private furnished terrace / patio area facing south. The two upper terraces'll have nice sea view and overlook a landscaped pool area Designed by Spanish architect Cesar Manrique.

The house includes a small secluded garden with lawn (30 m2). Own carport next to the house. Free WIFI (high-speed WLAN). The whole house has air conditioning with heating Possibility. Quiet area but still very central, on the western side of the center of Marbella, where the Golden Mile Begins. Puerto Banus Reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

Distance: Shop's first 7 km, restaurant (golf restaurant, pizzeria and cafe) 600 m, Marbella's seafront promenade 1. 9 km (3 mins by car). Old Town of Marbella 3 km. Golf course 600 m. Non-smoking. Cot and highchair available in the house. Rent to people under 25 only on request. Airport Transfers To The House Can Be arranged on request.

Ground floor: Open plan with modern furnished living room with dining area and fireplace. Smart TV with over 100 channels (Olivenet CATV) as well as DVDs. Modern kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, fridge and freezer). A room with a bedsofa (140 cm) with adjacent small shower / toilet. Exit to the secluded terrace and garden with large Weber gas grill, awning, sun lounges and dining area for up to 10 people. From the garden, a staircase leads down to the common-fenced pool area (open 1 / 6-1 / 10).

Middle floor: A spacious room with a double bed (160 cm), own fridge and direct access to a large terrace with sea- and pool views and sun all day. Awning, sun beds and a dining area for up to 5 people. Shower / WC. A smaller room with 2 beds (80 cm, Can be joined into a 160 cm double bed), with a view of the Sierra Blanca and La Concha.

Top floor: A spacious room with a double bed (160 cm) and a futon sofa bed (120 cm). SMART-TV and DVD. Private bathroom / toilet, double sinks and corner bath. Exit to the large sunny terrace with awning, lounge area and dining area. Panoramic view of the sea, and view over the pool and garden.

Online 1100-1600 Euro / week depending on the high / low season. Final cleaning, bedsheets and towels included. Cleaning and change of bedsheets and towels once / week if stay 1 week included. Staff handover of keys, as well as round the clock preparedness Unforeseen events related to issues with the accommodation.

The house plan is accommodating; each floor enjoying an en suite toilet / bathroom and the two upper floors definatley own terraces, making it the perfect choice for two families, Three Generations or 3-4 couples. The house is well equipped for up to 10 persons, with Different Options for al fresco dining and a large barbecue.

Perfekt

Mycket fräscht, välutrustat och rymligt hus med jättefint poolområde i anslutning till terrass på baksidan. Vi var 8 vänner som bodde i huset och det var inga problem att få plats och kändes aldrig trångt. WiFi ingår vilket är ett plus. Härlig takterass med grillmöjligheter. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Wonderful vacation in Marbella

Most beautiful accommodation at a wonderful place. Extremely comfortable, perfectly equipped with gorgeous views from two huge balconies and a patio. Quiet location not too far from the beaches and action.

Unbelievable!!

This is the perfect accommodation if you want to be close to the town and beach but also so peaceful and relaxing. The house is immaculate! Beautiful furnished and the owners were lovely enough to leave a welcome gift on arrival. If I am ever back in Marbella I will defining stay again. Highly recommended!!

Truely Stunning House

We stayed for 10 nights in this lovely Townhouse. It is in a perfect location for exploring the Marbella and Puerto Banus areas. It is beautifully furnished and has three wonderful terraces, one on the ground level with a gas BBQ, a lovely balcony off of the next level through patio doors with loungers and a table and chairs with views towards Marbella Centre and the sea, and a further terrace which being higher increases the spectacular views, a lovely corner sofa for relaxing and a table and chairs that everyone can sit around. The pool is gorgeous and very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and even though it was August was not crowded at all. I would recommend a car (there is a dedicated parking space) to get around there are some very unspoilt beaches along the coast and again even though it was August we found beaches with free parking and sun beds and chirringuitos. Sol Beach near Guadalamina the other side of Puerto Banus was a favourite for us, though rocky beach shoes required it was unspoilt and not crowded. Marbella Old Town is about a 40 minute walk downhill (taxi back was 5 euros) beautiful and full of lovely restaurants to choose from. Puerto Banus was 15 Euros back in a taxi very lively later at night though earlier in the evening my recommendation would be Piacuro for food (not on the marina itself but tucked around the corner with views down the coast towards San Pedro). Definitely would like to return here just perfect, and the hosts were fabulous answered queries sent us lots of information and were on hand via email for questions during our stay.

Trevligt och väl ordnat!

Lätt att köra från flygplatsen dock lite klurigt att hitta till adressen då den inte fanns med på kartan. Väldigt fint hus med bra utrustning och bra läge. En bil var ett måste för att handla då huset ligger i bergssluttningen.

Trevlig ort och fina berg att springa eller vandra i. Kommer säkert återkomma till detta hus!

Perfekt semesterhus för stora familjen

Ett välordnat semesterboende som ligger bra placerat i Marbella. Lugnt och fint område med ett gemensamt poolområde. Ett välutrustat kök gjorde att vi tillbringade flera kvällar hemma och grillade på gasolgrillen! Underbart! Kan rekommendera boendet med barn i olika åldrar. Det enda som saknades var en stor parkeringsplats för vår stora hyrbil samt utrymme för golfutrustning.
