Located at Playa Carvajal, the beginning of Fuengirolas at least 7 km long promenade, this bright and fresh apartment is located.

It offers a beautifully furnished terrace with stunning sea views. 1 bedroom, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and jacuzzi bath.

In the bedroom there is a double bed and generous clothes storage.

The living room has a dining area for 4 people and a simple manageable sofa bed suitable for two persons (160X180 cm). There is also a SMART / LED TV 48 ', DVD / Bluray and a stereo for bluetooth.

In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, stove, oven, microwave and washing machine. It is also equipped with toaster, coffee maker and kettle.

The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning for both cooling and heating. Other equipment in the apartment is iron, ironing board, hair dryer, drying rack, cleaning supplies, etc. Portable phone with camcorder is also installed.

NOTE! Fur animals are not allowed in the apartment due to allergies. The same applies to smoking indoors, however, there is the possibility of smoking on the terrace.

Bed linen, towels (hand, shower and beach towels) and final cleaning are included in the price. Electricity is added in addition to the rent. (On average about 10-20 Euro per week)

The area has its own pool with shower and toilet as well as a private ladder down directly to the beach. Private parking is available and also an elevator.

Nearby there is a local supermarket that is open every day (about 500 m). The nearest restaurants are at the beach and also a gas station with less food and drink as well as pizza are easily accessible right by the road.

The train station is also about 500m from the apartment and takes you to Malaga airport in about 30 minutes, but goes on to Malaga city center. There is also a bus stop along the road below which drives you to local attractions or allows for further bus connections around the Costa del Sol.

Price per week:

Low season (Nov-April, not holidays such as Easter, Christmas and New Year): 3.000 SEK

Mid Season (May-June and Sept-Oct and Holidays): 4. 500 SEK

High season (July-Aug): 6,500 SEK

Possibility of long term rentals available, good price upon request.

Fantastic Fuengirola/Beautiful Benalmadena

A gorgeous apartment and we would definitely recommend and return for another holiday. It is close enough to the main road and train but tranquil too. We consider ourselves fairly fit and you need to be if you don't have a car, it is high up from the beach and supermarkets. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to Carvajal station. It is very well equipped and spacious for 3 adults. Our daughter had the sofa bed but we could access the balcony without disturbing her which was a bonus! It was exceptionally clean with exquisite décor which was very pleasing and the apartment block was well maintained daily. Stefan the owner whilst booking and Liz who was on hand in the resort went out of their way to ensure our holiday was perfect. I have been meaning to write this review for sometime and when we have started to plan for next year, I realised I had never done it. We have only complimentary remarks to make.
