Close to the heart of the City of Canterbury, this is a 2 bedroom fully private apartment with a double bed in one bedroom and 1 or 2 single beds in the other bedroom. 2 bathrooms - 1 en-suite. Our newest apartment built about 10 years ago. Managed by professional man and wife property/hospitality team.
The entrance is on street level and the accommodation is all on the ground floor.

Brilliant location for all City ammenities. Easy access to Kent University. Minutes away from Canterbury West railway station (55 minutes to London St. Pancras). Very private and secure.

As described in the listing with modern ameties, great location, large comfortable living room, full kitchen with everything (except measuring spoon). Clean and well maintained with owner on the spot with any help we needed. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind the relatively tight (by US standards) bedrooms. Great parking too. Delightful market and restaurant just up the street. Easy walk to the commuter train station. Note that if you are a light, restless sleeper you will notice the nearby train tracks if you sleep with the windows open. Easy for me,I just take out my hearing aids. It is an easy, level walk to all the interesting activities and shops downtown. Canterbury is rich in history, culture, and --- well, it's delightful.
Very nice place, close to the city. We had a lovely time and Richard was very helpful. He even brought fresh flowers! The only fly in the soup was that the train tracks run behind the house and the first days the trains kept us awake or woke us up. Other than that perfect!
