This stunning 3 double bedroom apartment situated in the riverside development of Battersea Reach.The apartment is fully furnished with 3 double bedrooms, en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom, a guest bathroom, a large reception room which opens up to a river facing terrace which offers excellent views over London and the River Thames. Air conditioning throughout and a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Battersea Reach is located on the River Thames by Wandsworth Bridge.
Wandsworth Town and Clapham Junction Railway Stations are within walking distance which both offer quick and easy access in to central London including just a 10 min train to Waterloo station. Two bus stops directly outside the development taking you to any part of the city or why not take the Thames Clipper along the Thames and explore London by boat!
The development facilities include 24 hour modern gym- free access, 24 hour concierge service, dry cleaning facilities, Tesco supermarket open 6AM-11PM 7 days a week, doctor and dentist clinics, upmarket hairdresser, resident french coffee shop 'Cake Boy', elegant river front restaurant's and bars, beautifully landscaped gardens and breathtaking river walks.

Spacious apartment but needs maintenance and renovating
The balcony views are quite nice. For recent construction, the apartment seems rather tired once in the unit. The master bed, shower and lack of heat became an annoyance. We had 4 adults and could not all have hot showers in the morning due to the lack of hot water each of the 10 days. One of the living room sofas looks to be as old as I am and nearly as worn out. A thorough cleaning to remove rust and black mold from the master shower would be nice too. Kitchen shelves were full of dust as were the air ducts. This perhaps would have been 5 Stars when new, but most of the beds, linens and furniture needs replacing. I won't comment on the mattress pad which is on the master bedroom mattress.

We take all complaints very seriously and upon extensive checks on the flat by various members of our team and carefully going through each of your points in this review made we do feel that your comments are harsh. We think the view of the River is exceptional, one of the best you will find in London. The Fridge, Kitchen, All beds, all linen, tables and chairs are all less than two year old. We agree that one sofa is older but it is extremely large and comfortable and still in good condition.
The Gledhill Pulsacoil water boiler is less than 6 months old. We upgraded because of some previous feed-back, and, at 220L, is enough to provide at least 6 consecutive reasonable length showers. However you stayed in the apartment for 10 days and never mentioned any issues with the water thus we could not resolve this for you. You did however contact us your first day about an issue with the Sky satellite system, which we solved within 30 minutes and again at 9am on your 4th day about the heating system, which we resolved by 2pm that same day. After you left, we noted that the issue with the water was the time clock was set wrong, but we don’t understand why you didn’t notify us, so we could speedily resolve this.
We hope that any potential guests will take the time to read the many other more balanced reviews.
It was an amazing experience for me and my family. We have really enjoyed our stay in this fabulous apartment.

family friendly on the edge of central london
Getting up each morning watching the river traffic while having coffee was hard to beat. The flat was well equipped although the instructions for running the major appliances was sketchy. We finally figured things out by downloading the operating instructions via the web. Access to central London was easy using either the train 15 minutes to Waterloo or the bus. Two local pubs ,the Alma and East Hill are lively spots with good food as well. The best local dinner venue was the Ship about 4 minutes walk.
There was plenty of comfortable room for 4 adults and two children 11 and 14.
Perfect for family of 5
This condo was perfect for our family of 5 ( 3 college age kids) for our London vacation. Everything was as stated and shown in the photo's. They arranged for a driver (Bill) to pick us up from the airport and bring us back. Bill is extremely punctual and a wealth of information if you have any questions. We ended up using Uber each day for our trips to London center and it was very easy and quick. They have a small grocery store just down the street if you want to prepare food at home.
Views were spectacular and the building is in a perfect location for day trips into London. The only small issue we had was with the shortage of hot water after a few showers. I highly recommend this property and we will likely revisit this property again for future family vacations.
Extraordinary View and Comfort
We enjoyed 8 days in this flat. We loved the view of the Thames every morning. It is well furnished with everything you could possibly need. It is a little farther out of London. This made for a quiet, safe and a laid-back feeling after a day of sightseeing. We used Uber and the River Taxi to the train and tube. The river taxi is expensive but very convenient and less stressful. The local restaurants and small grocery store were perfect. We had a couple of questions and after a call we had help within 30 minutes. We can highly recommend this property.
Great view and a place to kick back after being out in the city
This place was in a nice, safe, clean area. The views at night time won me over. There is a train station 15 minute walk away which is overground and takes you direct into the city. The area was a little ways out from the main city where the tourist areas were but with the train being close by it didn't cause too much of a hassle. The communication with the person hosting this flat was rapid responses which was much appreciated. We would gladly stay here again.
With an array of amenities at Battersea Reach across the river allows you to enjoy the cafés, bars and shops in the King's Road, Knightsbridge and Kensington. Surrounded by green areas, Battersea benefits from a choice of Parks and commons such as Wimbledon Common and Hurlingham Park. Culture is easily accessible from Battersea Reach, capturing the City's West end for musicals, shows at the Royal Albert Hall, art and history in the galleries and museums.
