Apartment modern and very tastefully decorated. New, construction in December 2012. Totally outside. Located in central residential district with supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, etc ... A short 15 minute walk from the historic town and the cathedral is reached. Very well connected to major roads and highways. Close to the train station and hospital.

Perfect

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Everything was perfect. So clean, stylish and well thought out. Location wise it’s very handy to walk to town or to the station. We found on street parking fairly easily (one day we had a little trouble) but other than that it was terrific. Our hosts were super accommodating and we thank them so much for waiting for us when our journey took much longer than expected. I highly recommend.

Agréable séjour à St Jacques

Accueil sympathique par le mari de Carmen. Suite à un problème sur un pneu (attention aux coins de trottoirs à St Jacques!!!!) il nous a conseillé un garage à proximité, pour nous dépanner.

Quant à l'appartement, situé à 15 mn à pied de la cathédrale, il est très propre, bien agencé, confortable.

Ne vous fiez pas à l'environnement.

Le parking est relativement aisé dans la rue.

Nous avons passé deux jours très agréables.

Bien en líneas generales. Por estar en planta baja y a nivel de calle las persianas cerradas.

El apartamento está muy equipado y operativo. Se encuentra ubicado en planta baja a nivel de calle, por tanto las persianas han de estar casi suempre bajadas. Su ubicación con respecto al centro de la ciudad es bastante aceptable, en 15 o 20 minutos andando te aproximas sin agobios.

Comodidad y ubicación perfecta

El apartamento está ubicado en una zona ideal. Junto a la estación de tren y a la distancia perfecta del centro para ir caminando pero sin sufrir los inconvenientes de estar en el corazón de la ciudad.

Todo el mobiliario es nuevo y está en perfecto estado. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables.
