Set in a beautiful complex, only 50 metres away from the main street in Corralejo and five minutes walk from the beach. This 1st floor, 1 bedroomed apartment, is perfect for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. It provides an excellent location to visit the many bars and restaurants in the area and a base from which to explore the rest of the island. The apartment is located in a complex with very well maintained gardens full of mature flowering shrubs and large palm trees with an impressive water feature. Footpaths through the gardens lead to the three on site swimming pools and a children's pool. The complex provides the perfect holiday location for couples of all ages as well as families.
The first floor spacious apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed. There is further sleeping accommodation for 2 in the lounge by virtue of a newly purchased and very comfortable sofa bed.
The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals; electric hob, newly purchased oven, new fridge freezer, microwave and all essential pans and utensils, There is also, of course, a toaster and Kettle. A washing machine is provided.
The lounge is equipped with a new flat screen tv and a dinning table and chairs for four. There is free wifi in the appartment.
The spacious terrace provides a perfect outdoor space giving all day sunshine, as well as a lovely view over one of the three pools. There is a table and chairs for
al -fresco dinning.
There is a bath and shower.
The apartment is within a short distance of beautiful white sandy beaches which are perfect for surfing, kite surfing and windsurfing. Fuerteventura is famed for these water based activities as well as scuba diving.
Corralejo has everything you should need for a perfect holiday so a car is not needed. Car hire, on day/week basis is available locally for those who wish to explore the island further.
Bicycles are easily available to hire at reasonable rates.
Just across the road there is an aquapark.

We are based in Sunderland in North East England. I have recently retired after working more than 30 years as a p.e. teacher. My wife was a primary school teacher, but now runs a cafe with her three sisters.
The Owner purchased this apartment in 2014
the climate in Fuertaventura is fantastic. Year round sunshine with cooling sea breezes that stops it getting too hot in the summer.
Correlego is a lovely town providing all the distractions for the tourist. It is lively and bustling but one always feels very safe and secure. There are a large range of cafes and restaurants which cater for all tastes from fast food fanatic to those who enjoy fine dinning.
The apartment is a short walk from the beach which provides very secure bathing in calm waters.
The property is ideally situated just off the main high street with easy access to the shops. A car is not needed.
The complex itself has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere and the well maintained gardens are a joy. The three pools mean that they are never overcrowded.
Very well equipped with nice homely touches, no noise from accompanying apartments due to the lay out, terrace with table and chairs and views of palm tree packed gardens, peaceful yet few hundred yards from main strip and shops. Will stay again.
Sehr gut alles war wie versprochen.Lage ist perfekt man kann alles per Fuß erreichen.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es war alles da was man brauchte.Der Vermieter war auch jeder Zeit erreichbar.Ich kann die Wohnung sehr empfehlen weil einfach Preis - Leistung stimmt.
