About the property

4 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms. Calm association for relaxing holiday

An exclusive, architect designed townhouse on the entire 190 square meters. A small, quiet, "gated community" between Marbella and Fuengirola consisting only of 34 houses and nestled in the stunning tropical greenery.

Directly outside the house is the pool with a waterfall and summer bar. There are also changing rooms, showers and sauna and a separate gym.

On the ground floor of the house is a modern kitchen and living room with dining area. One bedroom / study / dressing room with many closets. Large panoramic doors lead out from the living room to a large (approx 40sqm) covered patio with a sunroof and electric powered awning.

Panoramic views of the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains in Morocco.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with ensuite and Jacuzzi as well as 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds and shared bathroom.

In the basement is the laundry room with washer and dryer.

TV with about 20 channels and radio , WiFi, video entry to association entrance gate. Private parking outside the entrance 'to the house.

The association has surveillance cameras and has its own gardener.

Long-term rental is possible. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Deposit 500 euros payable at time of booking. The fee will be refunded after the stay if no damage occurred. Rent + compulsory additional final cleaning fee of EUR 100 be paid 30 days before rental.

Costs for electricity EUR 0.30 / kWh according to consumption deducted from the deposit.

Lovely house and very helpful owners

We stayed over in August and had an amazing time. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. We all had a great time in the pool and the surrounding green areas, especially the kids. As we had our own car we went to a restaurant called La Estancia where we had a lovely meal (it's only around 5-10 min away). The owners were very helpful, we will definetly be booking this house again in the future.

Stunning picturesque relaxing

Me, My wife and 3 children stayed for a week in August and loved every minute of it. This property is situated very well within the complex over looking the coast, mountains, the pool. On one night we could see Gibraltar and the mountains of morocco. Very close drive to beautiful beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Only 20 mins drive to Marbella and fuengirola, 30-40 mins drive from airport. Complex very well looked after and beautiful townhouse. The ensuite has a jacuzzi with a view . Can't wait to visit again.

Property itself was beautiful with amazing views but the location was very remote!

The property is very well presented, very spacious and very clean. The Pool area is really nice (and right next door which is wonderful!), but there was a constant battle for the few sun loungers, so a few more of those would be a good addition. The air conditioning is fantastic and all the appliances top notch, and the house is nicely furnished. We had no hot water for the first 2 days but this was soon rectified. A second set of keys would have been helpful. If I went shopping for example, I had to either lock everyone else in, or lock everyone else out which was a bit of a nuisance. I would also say that car hire is essential (rather than recommended) as it is a 2km walk down a steep hill to the nearest supermarket, and a 3 - 4km walk to the nearest beach, and there were definitely no bars with 500m of the house, so the location description is rather misleading. This is a beautiful gated complex at the top of a very steep hill and the views are amazing but location wise - its not really as described, so we were a little disappointed. That said, I have already recommended the property to a few friends for their holiday, as long as they are up for driving everywhere, then its great! Diego also did a great job of our check in and check out and helping us with any issues.

Owner's Response: Thank you Tara for your review. I agree with you that our house is perfect for people who appreciate the view, quality and tranquility . Some of our clients use taxi servce instead of a rental car. It is only 6-7 euros each way to main bars/restaurants/shops by the beach. Of course we have restaurants/bars in our residential area, on calle Siroco as an example. Closer supermarkets as well, but it is easier for us knowing the area to find all amenities. We appreciate that you enjoyed your stay and that you reccomend it to your friends. Thanks also for appreciating our superb and serviceminded property manager.

What a place!

Together with my husband and two kids we spent a wonderful springtime in this magnificent home. It was very tranquil and that was just what we needed. We enjoyed the terrace with a mild breeze watching the mediterean all the way to Gibraltar.

We went a trip to the Alhambra and spent a day skiing in Sierra Nevada. Back home to the sauna and then into the pool and back to the sauna again! Relaxing indeed.

We hope to visit your lovelyand cosy home some time again in the future.

Geweldig huis!

Ook wij zijn erg onder de indruk van dit prachtige huis. Het overtrof al onze verwachtingen. Het is een groot mooi schoon huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Een groot balkon en een groot dakterras met een geweldig uitzicht. Wij waren er met onze kinderen van 7 en 9 jaar, zij hebben zich prima vermaakt in het zwembad. De zee met de auto binnen 10 minuten bereikbaar. Cabo Pino is ideaal voor kinderen, de zee loopt hier niet zo snel af.

Je hebt hier wel echt een auto nodig. Aldi, Lidl en diverse Spaanse supermarkten en restaurantjes binnen 5 km. Malaga en Mijas zijn zeker de moeite waard.

Wie weet volgend jaar weer!
