No. 213, Golden Grove is a fully-furnished, self-catering apartment located on the ground floor and overlooking No.1 green of Rockley Golf & Country Club. This South coast accommodation is situated in 70 acres of well landscaped grounds. The lush gardens are highlighted by the 9 hole (18 tee) par 35 golf course.
The corner-plot location makes it a breezy apartment which is located within 50 feet of the cluster's swimming pool, where the pool deck is well equipped with loungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas. In addition, this end unit has security grills throughout, allowing doors and windows to remain open to ensure a good air flow.
Conveniently located just a few minutes from gorgeous beaches on the south coast as well as supermarkets, restaurants and night clubs.
We had the pleasure of staying in this unit for three months, January through March of 2015. Everything was provided: loads of dishes, pots and pans, towels etc. Any requests or issues we had were dealt with promptly.
We did not need to use the air-conditioning in the bedroom, as the apartment is very breezy. The bed was very comfortable. We had weekly maid service and we found this very convenient.
A gas barbecue is also provided and we used this many times.
The view from the patio over the first green is enviable. The apartment is also very quiet and private because of its location on the end of the building.
I would definitely recommend this apartment.
This is a lovely little apartment with pretty much everything you would need for your stay. Air conditioning in the bedroom with a ceiling fan also. It located very central to shops/bars and restaurants and also has an amazing pool which is pretty much outside the front door! The only thing I would recommend is To take your own hair dryer as the one provided doesn't work well at all. Other than that I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

There is an electricity allowance of £25.00 per week included in your rental cost. Should this amount be exceeded the excess will be taken from your refundable security deposit. Your concierge will take a reading of the electricity meter in your presence on arrival and departure. Careful monitoring of air-conditioner and turning off water heater during the night will ensure that you stay within this allowance.
The cost for a maid on ONE day a week is included in your rental. Her duties include stripping beds, laundering linen, re-making beds and cleaning the entire apartment. She will NOT be responsible for personal laundry or cooking.
The apartment must be securely locked (including all wrought iron grilles) every time you leave.

25% discount on golfing fees is available to you for the duration of your stay but I need to know so that I can alert the club.
