Two bedroom, living room and bathroom. 3 minutes from the beach.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a four storey building, built in 2008. All of apartments in the building is seven. It has elevator, but no garage.

The apartment units are, living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small terrace. The apartment is fairly new, nicely decorated and very cozy. It is equipped with fridge, oven and microwave. The master bedroom has a double bed and large closet with mirror, since it is accessible to a small terrace. The second bedroom has a sofa bed and a closet, attached to it is a small room with shelves and a washing machine. The living room is equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and cabinets. The part of the living room includes a large modern corner sofa, Ikea furniture, a TV 40 'and wifi access, plus a breakfast bar and four stools.

It is located in one of the best areas of the city. Since it can be reached in three minutes walking to the beach of Las Canteras and pleasant avenue, probably the most famous of our city, which has a length of three kilometers and where you can find restaurants, cafes and bars; and even ideal beach for surfing area.

The Plaza del Pilar is three minutes, where children can play and adults drink coffee or tea and eat something. Auditorium "Alfredo Kraus" is reached in eight minutes walking in it you can enjoy music events most of the year (classical, jazz ...). Front Auditorium is located the shopping center "Las Arenas", the most visited city.

Mesa y Lopez, one of the busiest streets in the city is only 100 meters; You walk along it about twenty minutes away is the well known shopping center "El Corte Ingles".

There is a supermarket just a minute walk from the apartment. Also, bus stops to different areas of the city or the central station of San Telmo, from which you can take buses to the southern beaches, airport and peoples of North and Centre Island. There is a small golf course to fifteen minute walk.

The apartment was very clean. Good bed and bedclothes, good towels. Everything in good state.

Kind reception bij hostess Francesca with a basket of local produce and useful information about the city. Roomy and light apartment in an older, quiet district with small bars and restaurants, many shops. Five minutes walk from the boulevard and the sea.

The appartment is comfortable and well equipped. The host and hostess are very kind and forthcoming.

Absolutely at amazing place!!

Our stay in the appartament as been great!

The house is new, everything working perfectly, 300 metre from the la playa de la canteras , where the are all the restaurants... If you have a car I 3 min you are in the highway to go around the island...best location!!!!

I ve got in love about the big sofa in the leaving room.. Very comfortable!!

You can meet local people in this area as well..

I can raccomend to everyone for enjoi gran canaria island!!

Tks to paqui X everything..she is always available.. 100% happy !!!

Great Vacation!

We stayed in the apartment for 1 week in May, it was very modern and clean. The owner is a very friendly and helpful person, she helped us with travel around the city, along with tips that helped us save money on general travel throughout the city, as well as the best places to shop for groceries etc. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

We like to thank specially the landlord due to all things were exellent organised.
