Beautiful apartment on beachfront with frontal sea views. On the second floor and in complex with parking, swimming pools and spacious gardens. From the portal know leads directly to the beach. Cozy apartment on two floors. tastefully furnished. Once inside, you find the living room with fireplace, with sofa chaiselong, armchairs, tables TV room with 4 chairs and (website hidden) kitchen has everything, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, extractor fan, hob, oven, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender, etc. From the living room you exit to the terrace which has a sofa and a table (website hidden) internal staircase rises to the top floor there are two double bedrooms. Two great beds, bedside tables and wardrobe, TV, bathroom and terrace with mountain views in the main. In the second bedroom a queen bed, nightstands, dresser, armchair, wardrobe, TV, bathroom with dcuha, wc and washbasin and terrace with spectacular sea views. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything, including linens and towels. Located in a well established urbanization 5km from Estepona town, is a very quiet place and leads directly to the beach from the porch, sand and gravel, quiet, isolated from the usual bustle of the Costa del Sol. The resort has 6 private pools, one a hundred yards from the house and tennis court. A 5 kms. is the Port of Estepona full of restaurants, bars and pubs. and 12 kms. in Sabinillas the picturesque marina of La Duquesa. Nearby there are two supermarkets Aldi and Mercadona. For lovers of the markets there are several in the area. And for golfers numerous golf courses.
