A stunning value well equipped villa in a great location for the sea & relaxing

A lovely 3 Bedroom Villa, in Torrox coast , 2 minute drive to beach.

There is English TV, air-con and w-fi and a lounge area with 2 – 2-seater sofas.

Open planned dining area, with table to seat 4.

Also a Terrace area with shade.

Kitchen: Washing Machine, Kettle, Toaster, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer and Gas hob with electric oven.

Bedroom 1: Double Bed and also a Sofa bed, suitable for a child, plus air con

Upstairs Toilet

Bedroom 2: twin bedroom with air-con

Downstairs bathroom: with bath and shower.

Bedroom 3

Also off the main house is a separate apartment with its own outside entrance.

It has a lounge and Kitchenette and one Double bedroom with en suite and air-con.

Also has its own washing machine.

This can be reached via an internal locking door or an external door.

Outside :

There is a great shady area with lots of loungers and steps leading down to the large 8x4m Roman stepped swimming pool.

It has the benefit of an outside toilet next to the pool.

There is also a lovely grass area and gardens.

Plenty of room to play , sunbathe and enjoy outdoor living.

This is a great villa for families and groups of friends etc.

The air-con which is reversed for heating in Winter is meter operated, there will be a credit when you arrive and then you will have to feed it yourself. It is very economical and allows us to keep a good value rental price.

Perfect for the Cherry's

A lovely Spanish style villa with character in a wonderfully quiet and peaceful setting , and immaculately clean. Beautiful view of the sea on the front balcony with the occasional fishing boat or sailing boat passing by. Villa is well equipped even down to 2 large shopping bags !Plenty of bedding, towels and swimming pool towels. There is ample shade if required. Gill & Paul who look after the property are at the end of the 'phone if needed. We quite liked the little Spanish Bar just down on the main road but beware - large portions of food! They also do take away Pizzas. There is a BeachBar on the opposite side of the main road which is nice open air dining! The original El Pino (English) Bar has now been taken over by the Spanish and has just re opened. Plenty of choices for eating / drinking but I would recommend having a car! Would not hesitate to recommend this Villa.

Owner's Response: What a lovely review from a great family, we are very proud of what this lovely villa offers and it's location. A car can of course help to explore the area but being just under half a mile to the beach it does also allow it to be used by customers without cars with buses and taxi's being great value. Thank you once again and I look forward to hopefully a repeat customer.

Nice villa, but some as problems detailed below

Villa was nice enough but let down by a poor standard of cleaning and maintenance. Floor of villa & Patio were dirty, taps didn't work in toilet, outdoor loungers had been poorly repaired or left broken, no Wifi some days, lack of kitchen utensils and crockery. All easy to fix and perhaps a new cleaner would help. Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope our feedback is seen as constructive and a chance to improve.

Owner's Response: We are very pleased that David enjoyed his stay overall and found the villa nice, it is a shame that a few minor issues disrupted his enjoyment and if he had contacted us during his stay we would have put everything right. We have never had issues with the WiFi in the past so it would have been good to know at the time if it was an internal issue or customer equipment. The next guest had no issues with WiFi. The owner has updated loungers if needed and any snagging issues have been completed. The cleaners on this occasion were temporary staff and will not be used again. We strive for a good customer experience and do appreciate feedback , I would though add though that waiting not 1 month but 6 months to write a review does seem a tad bizarre. Please also taking into account when reading this we have 3 repeat bookings this year from last years customers , so I think overall we are getting it correct, but feedback is good.

2016 summer holiday!!

We have just returned from an excellent 2 weeks at this villa. The villa itself was extremely clean, well maintained and very very well equipped with everything you could think of. There is a fantastic sized swimming pool, which we spent every day sunbathing by! Paul and Gill are the people who maintain the property and do a fabulous job. They are also on hand to give excellent local knowledge of places to eat and drink and places to visit whilst in torrox.

The villa is located in a little village where there is a few shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance and then in a car ride (5 mins) there is a massive range of bars, restaurants and shops.

We recommend this villa to anyone wishing to stay in Torrox, it's a fantastic place to stay, and we will return!
