Fantastic location with a spectacular view!!!

Our family of 6 stayed at this Apartment which is very well suited to accommodate this size of a group with it's 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were provided with essentials, which was more than expected, including a bottle of wine, milk, jam, coffee, bread, etc... So unexpected and appreciated. Alvaro, the property manager, was excellent to deal with. He greeted us upon arrival and ensured we were settled. He was available by phone whenever we had any questions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay particularly the amazing location, right across from the beach surrounded by restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this accommodation and anticipate a return visit in the future.

Great frontline apartment with excellent views

This apartment provided an excellent base for our cycling holiday. It has excellent WiFi and is close to all amenities. We will be back next year.

Lovely stay at Pollensa Bay

We love Puerto Pollensa and go there every year. Since we know the area well we decided to stay by the beach and found this magnificent apartment. It is big, bright and lovely. It has a super efficient A/C and no hidden shenanigans. A 5-star location.

Sehr gute Lage der Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön und hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung von den Zimmern.

Leider ist die Küche sehr minimalistisch und mit schlechten Material bestückt, ausserdem viel zu wenig Töpfe und Pfannen zum kochen .

Die Sauberkeit der ganzen Wohnung war wirklich nicht gut. Die Bettdecken waren schmutzig mit vielen Flecken und die Stuhlkissen noch schlimmer. Das Küchengeschirr war nicht sauber.

Der erste Eindruck ist gut, aber man darf nicht hinter die Kulissen schauen.

Schade, es ist eine tolle Wohnung, und an der Sauberkeit und dem Standart lässt sich sicher was machen.

Die Betreuung vor Ort war ok.
