Villa Sunset feels like an oasis: a huge garden full of glamor and luxury with palm trees, fruit trees, plants, flowers; a large pool of 10 x 12 meters, and baby pool, plenty of sunbeds, tables and chairs outdoors, makes you feel like you're in heaven. There is a private paddle tennis court with mini basketball team ... All this in a natural piece of land promises absolute tranquility and plenty of sunshine throughout the day, from sunset to sunset.

The main house has 200 square meters. shared on two floors there are 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning, a large kitchen, a huge terrace on the first floor and a large living room with large sofas and a flat TV with satellite and WIFI LAN.

Perfect villa for family stay. Recommended.

Wonderful place overall. Fantastic swimming pool, garden and separate house with kitchen and shower room. Main House is of a good size with two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs, three bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. There is also a good open terrace upstairs.

The host company is very professional, responsible and responsive. Special thanx to Juan and the Owner.

Even though there were a few minor things (like low water pressure in the bathroom on the 2nd floor, dishwasher required replacement) we really enjoyed our family stay there and can definitely recommend it. Hope we will be able to come there again.

Perfect!

Everything was exceptional - the villa, the garden, the pool and sunset from the balcony. Villa also had the court where you can play basketball and tennis. You can have the meals by the pool or in the kitchen at the 2nd house. The host was very friendly and helpful, also left a wine and other snacks as a compliment on our arrival. If on your holiday you want to rest from the crowd or combine work with leisure I recommend this place. We were 10 people and everyone was happy with the staying, definitely worth the cost.

Fantastic place!

We spent two weeks at Villa Sunset in August, and had the most amazing holiday. We were two families, with 5 children of varying age from 6 to 17. The villa is spacious, with 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms in the main house (and one more shower room in the outbuilding), it never felt crowded. The huge kitchen/dining room in the outbuilding next to the house was great too, fully equipped with everything you might need. There is also a big outdoor barbecue which we used several times.

The swimming pool is fantastic, adults and children enjoyed it enormously. The garden is beautiful, there's plenty of shade as well for afternoon siestas. We also loved the little tennis court.

Juan was super helpful, explained everything on arrival, gave us lots of tips about the surrounding area (e.g. shops, markets, beaches etc). One day we had some problem with the electricity in part of the main house but a few phone calls and Juan sorted it out very quickly.

Salvador (the owner of the house) tended to the garden and the horses next door every day, and he was really friendly, such a nice guy. The children loved helping him with the horses. He also offered some fruit for us from the garden.

And I have to mention Florito, the neighbour's cat, who seemed to make friends with our children, and visited us regularly.

A car is recommended as the villa is a short distance away from Alcudia's old town, and from the beaches (about 5-10 min drive).

We had an excellent time, the best holiday ever according to my children. I would definitely recommend this place. We hope to come back one day.

I absolutely recommend this place.

We took our large family to the apartment and had a marvelous time. Initially we were worried that we were not going to fit but once we found Villa Sunset, all our doubts were removed. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the 8 days of vacation. The house was well equipped and very spacious and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the tennis court. The ocean was close and Juan, who took care of us and all our needs, can certainly count on us to return next year in our next family vacation!

spacious quiet villa

we are a family of five with three older sons. The villa is very spacious. We particularly liked the large grounds and pool. The owner often left us melons, tomatoes, peppers that were growing in the garden - lovely produce. The outside kitchen is a bonus. it has a huge range cooker, large dining table and sofas and TV- so we only really used the main house for sleeping. the rest of the time was spent around the pool and in the outside kitchen. The villa is just off the main road between Inca and Alcudia but very quiet. We had farm cats that visited that my younger son adored and pleaded to take home. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to stay late as our flight was in the evening.

Alcudia is a small fishing port, which today is known as a great place for people who live as if they were on the beach. The promenade, winning several competitions in architecture and urbanism through the Port in a pleasant aroma with a breeze. On one side the sea, traditional fishing boats 'Llauts' and modern marina Alcudiamar. On the other hand, the best fish restaurants, ice cream parlors and clothing stores. And facing the beach, miles of fine sand that draws the semicircle of the bay of Alcudia. It is the most popular beach in the area, which has a range of services from bars to boat rental and sailing courses or aquatic park.

Not only the beach. These browsers have much to do off the main beach of Alcudia as there are almost twenty: sand, rocks, accessible only by sea. Among the intimate beaches include Alcanada, or the S'Illot Coll Baix. The latter is a true wonder of nature that is only accessible by boat or after a pleasant outing among pine trees and rocks.

Precisely from the Coll Baix begin some very interesting excursions for lovers of trekking and nature as it rises to Sa Talaia, ancient watchtower at the highest point of the village. From above we see two bays, the Serra, Alcúdia, the Pla de Mallorca and when the day is clear, the coast of Menorca.

But if there is any place to visit for nature lovers, S'Albufereta and S'Albufera are two of the largest wetlands of ecological importance of the Balearic Islands, located in Alcudia and surroundings, and meet interesting plant and animal life.

At 3 miles from the house is the old town of Alcúdia, called the faithful city in Christian times, the name is Arabic and Roman footprint. A past forged between them in a privileged enclave in the north of Mallorca. Located near the Serra de Tramuntana, Alcúdia has his back to the farm and rural Mallorca, and bathe his feet in the waters of two bays, the north of Pollença and Alcudia this. Alcúdia is located in the center of this area of ​​contrasts, between the stone wall of the Serra and the sandy coves of the Bay of Alcudia between the north wind, sea and inland.

Leaving the square using the streets in several directions to a point on the wall as the gates of Xara and Sant Sebastia, and the Church of Sant Jaume, opposite which is the city of Rome Pollentia and a little more beyond the Roman theater, a 'rara avis' because instead of being built, were excavated in the rock.

A row of orange mark the route of the main streets, Carrer del Moll and Carrer Major. In these streets and we are adjacent to small jewelery shops, shoe stores, clothing stores, bars, restaurants, among many large houses built centuries ago, small and peaceful squares. Alcúdia is one of those places that is worth losing left its streets to discover around every corner a new charm, a new feel.

Every Tuesday and Sunday morning, accelerating the pace of the city is the market. Farmers, traders, artisans, artists fill the color and bustle of people around, inside and outside of the medieval wall.
