We looked forward to our stay in this condo. However, when we arrived the heat didnt work, no grill and tvs didnt work. Then we found water standing in master suite bathroom with mold on baseboards.
After contacting the owner the text message read " i know, figure it out yourself, I am busy". Owner finally contacted us but still was of no assistance. Since a family member was highly allergic to mold we had to leave. VRBO found us a hotel for the four night stay. After almost a month, we received a partial reimbursement. The condo was clean otherwise, we just couldnt stay because of the mold. Very disappointed in no cooperation at our arrival and the fact we had to get VRBO involved .We sent screen image of text messages and pictures of the mold to VRBO. Thankfully , they found us a hotel immediately. It took several weeks after our vacation to get a partial settlement.
