The apartment provides a parking space against payment for a standard car. A grocery shop and the stop for the local bus are close to the house.
The apartment comes with two double bedrooms(in one of which the bed can be split into twin beds), one single bedroom, two bathrooms, one with tub and the other with fully enclosed shower both equipped with hair dryer, washing machine and ironing facilities.
