Located in a tower of the wall of the Kasbah, close to the tomb of the famous explorer Ibn Battuta, in the heights of the old medina, this small traditional Moroccan house overlooks the old city and dominates the bay of Tangier. Its roof terrace offers one of the most beautiful views of the city!
Completely renovated, it is furnished and decorated with taste in a traditional and refined style! Distributed on 3 levels, it is composed on the ground floor of an entrance, a living room with extra bed for two people, a small kitchen, and a bathroom with Italian shower. On the floor, a room with a double bed, another room in row with a bunk bed, and a second room of water with Italian shower. On the top floor, a very sunny private terrace with outdoor kitchen, summer lounge, laundry area with washing machine, and a magnificent panoramic view of the medina and the bay of Tangier. This character house has survived the centuries and is part of the historical heritage of the city. It is the ideal place to discover the unmissable area of the ancient medina of Tangier.

The property would be difficult to find but we were met at the train station and escorted to the property. The location was close to a great bakery and close to taxis.

Wonderful Location and Views

This house was even better than we expected. The description was accurate, Fabian was responsive to questions. Omar met us at our taxi, helped with luggage, led us to the house (you would not find it without a guide your first time), and made sure we had a tour of the neighborhood and medina. Our family loved everything about the house and enjoying the amazing view of the old medina. There is easy access to local markets for purchasing food. If we make it to Tangier again, this house will definitely be our #1 choice for lodging.

Wonderful Place.

We had a wonderful stay here. Fabien and Omar took care of our every need. The house is in a great location for walking to nearly everything but beware the climb. The beautiful panoramic view on the rooftop terrace means there are some stairs involved. The Medina streets can get you lost so I suggest bringing a map. Google can help but sometimes gets confused. I recommend this place to anyone who really wants to enjoy life in the Old Medina.

Séjour Tanger Toussaint 2022

La location est assez extraordinaire. La rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de goût ( selon nous) et permet de vivre en immersion totale dans la médina de Tanger avec en prime une vue extraordinaire sur la baie de Tanger.

This is where you should stay!

Everything was clean, well-organized and, of course, the view and location were spectacular! The property is located in a tower of the Medina walls. If you are looking for something unique and authentic, this is the place! Omar helped to guide us the first evening, which was a great way to get oriented to the area.
