A modern 3 double bedroom flat in an excellent location and is minutes to Kings Cross & St. Pancras and Angel stations, bars, restaurants and shops. It has recently been refurbished to a high standard.

The flat has one kingsize and two double bedrooms each with a full height wardrobe. The master bedroom en-suite wet room as well as a family bathroom.

The master bedroom has a roof terrace where you can enjoy an al-fresco breakfast or sundowners.

Light and modern open plan kitchen/living area complete with a lovely large living/ dining area and television with freeview channels. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a dishwasher and washing machine.

This spacious flat is perfect for a holiday with friends or family, a business trip or a long-term stay.

Cotton towels are provided and the bed linen is made up for your arrival.

London's largest transport hub is just a few minutes from the flat. Euston, St. Pancras and King's Cross mainline stations, underground, taxis and multiple bus routes (including open-top tour buses) in the immediate area make it easy to explore London.

Great location, clean, Good for Families

I would give This apartment a 5 star if not for the mattreses. This apartment is perfect, good location, amenities, neighborhood, public transport, and clean but the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, I hope the owner invests in new mattresses (easy and cheap fix), we Will come Back for sure next time We go to London.

Good Location for Kings Cross

The place was clean and just as described. We suffered some from a London heat wave and no air-con. But that was the same for all of London. The space worked for us, it's great for a place to sleep, plan and head out again. We had problems with communication, tried messaging and calling from the app, with no response. Fortunately, we connected one day before arriving to get the house number. But after that back to leaving messages. This was our first VRBO experience, so I only have Airbnb to compare it to.

Fantastic Family Holiday Homebase

We chose this flat based on the proximity to Kings Cross Station and for the 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, so that we had some space to spread out, for the last leg of our trip to England. It was very easy to check in and the flat was very clean. The only downsides were that mattresses were a bit uncomfortable (very little support), the lock on the flat door didn't seem very secure (but we felt safe given the building is also locked), and the master bath shower had a broken piece. Otherwise, everything was as advertised and it was an easy walk to King's Cross or to a bus stop. They were plenty of restaurants within just a couple of blocks of the flat. We would absolutely consider staying again on a return trip to England.

Lovely apartment.

We were very pleased with the apartment. Good communication with the owner beforehand and very clear access instructions. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Nice quiet area about ten minutes walk from Kings Cross station. Good shop just below and we were even given a voucher to use in the shop. Highly recommended.

Great location, modern style, lots of space

We really enjoyed our stay and were surprised at how spacious the flat was. The terrace was an added bonus. Everything was clean, worked well and the location was terrific.

Very clean
