This former artist studio, completely renovated, is located in a large town house and opens onto the private garden through a picture window. Its area is 57m², it consists of 2 rooms: a living room with a sofa convertible into a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The house is a 5-minute walk from an aquatic center (sauna, swimming pool, hammam, balneotherapy, slide ... This brand new swimming pool offers a real relaxation area with a large solarium terrace open to the Seine.
