Opening in 2019! House with backyard, classified 3 * by Gîtes de France. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen giving direct access to the completely enclosed backyard terrace, exposed to partial shade. Sun. A large living / dining room completes this level.
Upstairs a large attic bedroom with a double bed of 160 and two single beds of 90, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Near the village center in a quiet dead end, 5 minutes walk from the lake and the leisure center. Shops (mini-market, bakery, butcher) within 50 meters. Many restaurants and shops in the village.
It is semi-detached with the other house offered by the same owner (ad N ° 1140964), which allows, depending on the availability of both rentals, to stay with several families in very close accommodation one of the other.

Maison très bien située, quartier calme, proches des commerces (boulangerie, supérette…) accès à pied au lac de Sainte Croix avec espace nautique (bateau électrique, pédalo, canoë. Agnès qui nous accueille est très sympathique et de bon conseil, la maison est agréable et bien équipée (Clim à l’étage chambre sous comble et bas plafond) manque simplement une connexion internet (wifi) car le 4G ne passe pas. Les gorges du Verdon ont été un coup de cœur, nous reviendrons sur une période plus longue.

Bien située proche de tout aux salles et du lac facilement la maison est agréable nous nous sommes sentis bien et confortables malgré un debut de sejour météorologiquement surprenant pour le l endroit , top!
