Sevillan town-house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, patio and terrace. Suitable for up to 10 guests. The use of the terrace is prohibited from 00:00 to 9:00AM, in order to not disturb the neighbours rest at night. NO reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties.

Refurbished to a superior standard while respectful of the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features of Sevillian craftsmanship such as exposed brick walls, wood beamed ceilings and ceramic tile work.

150m² are distributed over three floors. On the ground floor, the entrance gives on to a central patio with a skylight, decorated with tiles made by the historic Mensaque company to half height. There is a a seating area, pleasant for summer days.

On the first floor is the living room with 2 large windows facing Quintana street. It is elegantly furnished with a large sofa, 3 armchairs, central table and TV. Dining table and chairs. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included.

The modern kitchen has independent access and is well equipped with utensils and main appliances for self-catering, including: fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a kitchen table and a set of chairs.

The 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are arranged over the three floors of the house and comprise: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed. There is a sofa-bed for 1 additional person, completing the house capacity for up to 10.

The first bathroom features a large bathtub, and is opposite bedroom 1, on the first floor. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and is on the second floor with bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower and is on the ground floor across the patio with bedroom 4 and bedroom 5.

The house has an exceptionally sunny terrace with rooftop views on the second floor. It is decorated with plants, and furnished with a large dining table, chairs, canopy and an outdoor shower. The terrace is south facing and therefore has plenty of sun throughout the day - an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal. There is a small cupboard kitchen with a fridge next to the terrace.

Arrivals from 9pm: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival)

OBSERVATIONS
Each room of the house is provided with heating and air-conditioning (except one of the bedrooms on the ground floor).

Quintana street, close to Alameda de Hércules, and 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Macarena quarter.

This is a lovely house, that was cool even in 40 degrees of heat! Easy walking distance from everything in Seville and plenty of nice places to eat and drink in the neighbourhood.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Quintana Terrace in Seville, Spain. My husband and I enjoyed a vacation with our adult children (all 30+ years old). The house was incredible! Everyone had their own bed. We utilized the house to its fullest. The shared spaces (kitchen, TV room, and terrace) were all wonderful. We loved the neighborhood. Food, shopping and entertainment were all within walking distance. Hopefully we will be able to stay at Quintana Terrace again.

Charming Seville Flat
We found Quintana Terrace to have a lot of character and charm. The apartment was conveniently located allowing us to explore different parts of Seville. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was well maintained with a lot of character and charm. Traveling as a group of two families with 7 people we were able to spread out comfortably and have our own space. Finally, the property manager was readily available and helpful.
