Located on Quintana street, between Alameda de Hércules and Plaza de la Encarnación, at about 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Macarena quarter. Suitable for up to 10 guests.

Refurbished to a superior standard while respectful of the original architecture, the house combines modern elements with traditional features of Sevillian craftsmanship such as: exposed brick walls, wood beamed ceilings and ceramic tile work. Elegantly decorated with special attention to detail, this property provides a relaxing atmosphere with all comforts for modern living.

Living room and kitchen: On the first floor is the bright living room with 2 windows facing Quintana street. Furnishes include a large sofa, 3 armchairs, central table and TV. Dining table and chairs. High speed fiber optic internet connection is included. The kitchen has independent access and is perfectly equipped with all utensils and main appliances for self-catering, including: fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. 5 bedrooms: The five bedrooms are arranged over the three floors of the house. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed. There is a sofa-bed for 1 additional person, completing the house capacity for up to 10.

3 bathrooms: The first bathroom features a large bathtub, and is next to bedroom 1, on the first floor. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and is by bedroom 2 and bedroom 3, on the second floor. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower and is on the ground floor by bedroom 4 and bedroom 5.

The house provides a patio with a seating area for summer, on the ground floor, and an exceptional sunny terrace with rooftop views, on the second floor. It is furnished and decorated with plants, a large dining table and chairs. The terrace is south faced and therefore with plenty of sun throughout the day - an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal.

Sehr schönes Apartment in Sevilla auf drei Stockwerken mit Dachterasse

Diese Villa war perfekt für einen Stadturlaub von 4 Tagen in Sevilla. Sie ist gut ausgestattet mit drei Bädern, einer Küche und diversen Schlafzimmern (bis auf eines alle mit Klimaanlage) auf drei Ebenen mit einer schönen Terasse: Platz genug für uns: 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder bzw. Jugendliche.

Sie liegt nahe des (für das Viertel) zentralen Platzes Alameda Hercules. Dort gibt es diverse Cafes, Tapas Bars usw., das Zentrum ist in ca. 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Auto ist wegen der engen Gassen und sehr begrenzter Parkmöglichkeiten nicht zu empfehlen; Taxis sind recht günstig.

Die Agentur ist sehr flexibel, hat alles erklärt und gute Tipps zum Essen etc. gegeben, die alle unseren Geschmack getroffen haben. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt für einen Aufenthalt in Sevilla empfehlen.

Como en casa!!

Estuve con mi familia en está casa/apartamento y disfrutamos mucho de todo, la ubicación es buena, a unos quince minutos de la Catedral, muy cerca de la Alameda de Hércules en la cual tienes una gran oferta gastronómica, el espacio Metropol a diez minutos, en cuanto a la casa muy fresca y silenciosa, las camas muy confortables, todo muy nuevo y limpio, los dueños encantadores y serviciales, como nota negativa tiene escaleras , pero compensa por la terraza y lo nuevo que está todo.

En definitiva es buen sitio para pasar unos días y disfrutar de Sevilla.

Location

House centrally located in the neighborhood of Macarena on Quintana street, in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville, between Alameda de Hércules and Encarnación square. The Cathedral is about a 15-20 minute walk.

Partially enclosed by a section of Seville’s ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.

There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hércules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafés, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.

Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.
