Loft apartment with 1 bedroom and 2 private terraces

Penthouse with 2 private terraces, offering unique views towards the Cathedral. Located in the heart of the historic centre, next to Plaza Nueva, at five minutes walking distance from the Cathedral.

The apartment comprises one large open space which can accommodate 2-4 guests. The sleeping area has a double bed (150x200 cm) and the living area two twin beds (the second single bed is a pull-out stored below the other).

Modern comfort meets traditional Sevillian architecture to create a truly harmonious atmosphere. The interiors are spacious and bright, with windows throughout. The apartment faces south and has sun light for most of the day.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped for self-catering, including: oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Dining table and chairs.

The marble bathroom has a walk-in shower and washbasin, and there is a separate toilet.

The living room has a large sofa, table, 2 armchairs and TV. Working desk with a chair. Central air-conditioning (hot/cold), free Wi-Fi internet access, marble flooring throughout and original artwork.

There are 2 private terraces. The lower terrace feels like an extension of the apartment and is furnished with table and chairs. The roof-top terrace has plenty of sun, inviting you to sunbathe or enjoy the balmy Seville nights in good weather and exceptional rooftop views, including the Giralda and Cathedral.

Terrace well decorated and furnished with plants, table, 2 sitting benches, 2 deck chairs and parasol.

The apartment is on a third floor of a residential building, with access via stairs (NO elevator). Despite its central location, "Plaza Nueva Loft" is extremely quiet for sleeping, without exterior noises.

A charming apartment in wonderful Seville

We were very pleased to be introduced to the apartment by Esther, who was helpful in every way. We'd like her to know that we ate at some of the restaurants she recommended and even went to Sanlucar by local bus at her suggestion! The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable and very well located. However, the description in the VRBO ad is misleading when it specifies a 1 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. It is in fact a studio, albeit quite large, with a shower and separate toilet. Our other comment for the owner's consideration would be to move the large, very heavy table out of the kitchen area beause it really interferes with maneuverability while cooking.

Please accept our comments in the constructive way they are offered and thank you for making our trip to Seville so wonderful.

Loft located in the very heart of the historic center, right next to Plaza Nueva, 3-5 minutes walk from the Cathedral, Alcázar Royal Palace and General Archive of the Indies.

With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.

The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.

Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.
