1-bedroom apartment with private terrace. Located in the historic centre of Seville - Hombre de Piedra street -, in the San Vicente neighborhood, near Alameda de Hercules. The Cathedral is a 15 minute walk. Suitable for 1-4 guests.

The apartment forms part of a group of houses set around a quiet courtyard, with access for residents only. The living area has a double sofa-bed, TV, coffee table, desk and chairs. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering. There is a breakfast bar and 2 stools.

From the living room, glass doors open onto a sunny terrace. The terrace is south-west faced, therefore with plenty of sun throughout all day. It is equipped and decorated with plants and garden furniture (chairs, table, deck chairs and pergola).

The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and bathroom with shower.

Great Location - Tired apartment.

Location - excellent, close to the Alameda de Hercules. Some very fine restaurants in the area, including Enslava which needs to be booked well in advance.

Hot Water: Enough for one shower, provided you did not wash your hair. No hot water in the kitchen.

Appearance: stripping behind the stove warped. stripping under the stove loose. Chunks of formica missing from the bar and the stove. burnt area by the stove covered with a cork mat. There appeared to be a bunch of dead plants on the terrace, which were unsightly and should have been removed.

A/C: not adequate, especially for the bedroom, which was tolerable only because the windows opened. Mid summer - no way.

Shower door: two sections of the door came off, when we first went to close it. Has to be mended. Could actually hurt someone.

Supplies. Having rented out my home on Homeaway, and having rented from Airbnb, I have an idea about how things should be. There should have been a bottle of water, coffee, a real coffee maker tea, sugar and perhaps some cookies, so that the first morning would be taken care of. There was very strong English tea left by someone and nescafe. The coffee make was one of the old boil the water espresso makers. There should be a drip coffee maker or a pod machine. The flowers were a nice touch.

Bed: the double pillow was a problem.

Management company: once the renter has made contact with the management company (SeBrilla), the owner should stay out of it. When both are answering questions it is very confusing. E.g. owner stated that we would be taking a taxi from the garage. SeBrilla said it was 100 meters. Management rep stood outside the apartment for 15 minutes, while I was waiting there. I did not think it was appropriate for me to be approaching a young lady on the street. As a professional, she should have asked me, she didn't, until after I called the company, and they called her. I got lost driving to the garage and walking from the garage to the apartment. The map showed the route from the bridge to the parking, not the apartment to the parking. The map was faded, and less than helpful, because it showed few street names and no one way streets.

A good apartment with a nice terrace, located close to tapas bars.

The apartment was ideal for 2 people. It was in a quiet location but just 2 minutes from Alameda de Hercules and its many eateries. It is a 15 minute walk to the old town.

The large terrace is good for eating out on or relaxing on a sunbed after a busy day exploring Sevilla.

Terrassen er perfekt, beliggenheden er perfekt. Selve lejligheden er også ok,men synd at køkkenet er ved at forfalde. Der var ingen varm vand i køkkenet.

Uns wurde ganz und gar nicht zuviel versprochen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt.

Die Lage ist hervorragend ..... direkt im Zentrum und doch extrem ruhig.

Sollten wir noch einmal nach Sevilla kommen, würden wir uns sicherlich wieder in diesem Apartement einmieten.

Alameda Terrace is located in the historic centre of Seville, in the residential neighbourhood of San Vicente, 5 minutes walking from El Corte Inglés and 15 minutes from the Cathedral.

San Vicente is notable for its many squares and churches, located in the northwest of the historic centre. Minutes from the major sights and attractions, it makes an ideal base to explore an authentic part of the city and enjoy some of Seville's most renowned local tapas bars.

Historic churches worth visiting are San Vicente - a fine example of gothic-mudejár architecture built during the 15th century – and the Basilica del Gran Poder, home to one of the most revered and famous images of Christ in the city. The procession of the 'Cristo del Gran Poder' is a quintessential part of Holy Week in Seville.

San Vicente is bordered on the west by the Guadalquivir River and the riverside is popular for walking, cycling and running. 'Plaza de Armas' (also named Estación de Córdoba), formerly Seville's main railway station, is now a modern-day shopping centre yet still retains its 1901 neo-mudejar exterior and the steel architecture of its industrial past.
