This is a renovated, beautiful, bright, large studio on the 22nd floor. The apartment has a balcony & large floor to ceiling windows with mesmerizing panoramic views of the city and ocean. The apartment is tastefully decorated with an elegant modern style that preserves the tropical atmosphere. The unit has a walk-in closet and queen-bed. In addition the building has 24 hour security, private pool and gym. Laundry room facilities are located on the 2nd floor with coin operated washers and dryers. Internet access is available in the apartment, lobby and pool area. Safe underground parking in assigned space only for renters. A tennis court at the Marriott Hotel, which is right across the street from us, charges a minimal fee per hour. Free access to the beach; entrance is across the street from us. Come and take in the ocean view while sipping on a glass of wine or just simply enjoy the sea breeze & watch the sunset from your balcony.

The apartment is conveniently located in Ashford Avenue, the fashionable Condado district of San Juan with a beautiful beachfront and vibrant nightlife. El Condado is one of the main tourist areas of San Juan and home to many fine restaurants, grocery stores, and tourist shops. There are Luxury Hotels and Casinos in the immediate vicinity that include the 'Marriott & Casino', 'Condado Plaza Hotel & Casino' and “Radisson Ambassador Plaza Hotel & Casino'. All within walking distance from the apartment. Free access to the beach, a short block from the apartment.

Internet access is available in the lobby and pool area. There is also a safe underground parking in assigned space only for renters. There is a Cyber Cafe and Walgreen’s nearby. For your sporting convenience there is even tennis court right across the street at the Marriott Hotel, that can be rented for only $ 10.65 per hour. Free access to the beach, entrance is across the street from us. Taxis and buses are always available on the 'main drag'. Come and take in the ocean view while sipping on a glass of wine or just simply enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sun slowly set from your own private balcony.

Beautiful view in delightful Condado condo

This is the third time we stayed in Jacqueline's condo in Condado. It has gorgeous views of the ocean, lagoon and San Juan. The condo is clean and offers all you need for a sojourn in San Juan. A great place!

This was our first time in San Juan Puerto Rico, and I would recommend it for sure. I would like to note that we have been using home away for the past 5 yrs. in various locations throughout the U.S. some of the properties have been OK and some not so OK. This location was just as seen in the pictures. The owner takes VERY good care of it along with being updated and CLEAN. If you choose to visit San Juan I would recommend this location!!! No need to rent a car, EVERYTHING is close with plenty to do. if you choose to visit "Old San Juan" which I also recommend a cab will be your best bet. Great place, Great location!!

Amazing, wish I could wake up here every morning!!

The apartment is simply gorgeous with amazing views. The way the mirrors are set up gives the feel of a 360 degree view. Very clean apartment and building. In a great area of San Juan, felt safe at all times. Although we didn't take advantage of it because we were always out exploring, the kitchen has everything you would need. Have to walk a block to get to the beach. Apartment had beach mats, cooler and ice pack that were clutch for a beach trip. Parking garage worked well since we rented a jeep. No issues parking jeep in garage, plenty of room. If you are staying in Condado area I would recommend staying here. Only thing that I was bummed about is not being able to see a sunset. The apartment has spectacular views to the west, but every time we were in apartment for sunset was too cloudy.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

Great location in Condado and centric to San Juan metropolitan area. I love the apartment distribution, very comfortable for a studio. It has everything you need, including a secure gated parking. Great view of Condado area and the sea. Next door you have a puertorrican "Wholefood" market and walking distance to excellent restaurants. I have stayed twice and second time after a year, the apartment has been maintained impecable and clean.
