A superb 2 bedroom top floor apartment (3rd floor - no lift) accommodating up to 4 people comfortably.

There are two double bedrooms both with comfortable double sized beds. Each bedroom has a closet with ample storage for your clothes. The bathroom is a generous size and includes bath with overhead shower, ideal for unwinding after a long day out shopping.

The small but fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, is next to the spacious lounge, where you can find the large TV, sofa and dining table. The perfect place to relax!

Perfect apartment in IDEAL location!

The apartment was perfect for our 10 night stay in London with a family of four. The location is just a few minutes' walk to a major tube & train station so all of London is easily accessible. The neighborhood is quiet but just a few minutes from countless options to eat and shop. The apartment itself has two great bedrooms and a very serviceable kitchen for eating in or preparing meals. The bathroom is great and the large tub is a bonus. The apartment also has a washer and drier which makes packing light very easy for the trip. Best of all was the host Peter. He was delightful to work with and as helpful as could be. When we return to London, we will definitely rebook here.

Wonderful property with an equally wonderful host

This flat was was absolutely perfect for my family of four. We arrived on New Year’s Eve and stayed six nights. Peter, the owner, and his assistant, Marie were both there to greet us on check in. They made sure we knew where the tube station and local market was. Fresh milk and a well appointed kitchen were provided as well as a lovely collection of books, maps, and recommendations for restaurants and pubs. Peter was available to answer questions during our stay and recommended a taxi service for us when we needed it. The apartment was a wonderful place to relax after a day of touring. Would recommend this place to a friend, and if I’m ever fortunate enough to return to London, I would stay here again without question.

Great flat, great owner!

This flat is in a great location with two tube lines to chose from. 30 minutes from London Heathrow and about 5-7 stops away from all the tourist attractions. The best reason to rent this flat is the owner Peter. He is so gracious and accommodating and made our stay perfect in every way. The flat is well laid out and is almost sound proof as you don't really hear anything from the streets. The steps were not a problem for us and we are two 70 year old ladies. There is a sections 2 blocks away that has pubs, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. and has that old town feel. We will definitely come back as we loved the flat and most of all the owner Peter who is quite charming and also knowledgeable about the area and the city.

Perfect spot in Earls Court

What a fantastic place to stay!

Peter's flat in Earls Court was exactly what my family of 3 adults were looking for as an easily accessible place to stay in London. (I say easily accessible because it is so close to two tube stations which will take you to all the main touristy places. Be warned - there are a lot of stairs to carry suitcases up, luckily I had two men travelling with me!)

The flat is very well equipped, warm and cosy (it was snowing the day we arrived), and has very comfy beds.

Marie who checked us in was very helpful and gave us some great tips on how to get around. We also met Peter, who lives in the ground floor flat, when we arrived - but did not need to bother him at all while we were there.

We very much appreciated the pint of milk in the fridge so we could make a cup of tea when we got there after a 5 hour drive down from Darlington.

Although there is no parking on the street, I had found a really great deal - only £50 for 5 days parking, only 5 minutes walk from the flat! I used an app called Just Park and we were able to park at the local Ibis hotel (you can't take the car in and out during that time - but you don't need to use a car in London). So we drove to the flat, parked briefly while we unloaded the luggage and took it upstairs, then drove around to the Ibis (takes about 10 minutes due to the one way system!), parked and walked 5 minutes back. And then did the reverse on the day we checked out. It was so easy!!

I would have no hesitation in staying in Peter's flat again when I am next in London.

Good location for tube station,all appliances worked well& flat very clean. Also quiet as on top floor.

Great !!! - great Apt, great host, great location AAA+++

We were a family of four - my wife and me and our 2 boy teens.

1. The apt itself and the location are AAA+++. 5 Minutes from the underground in a very nice neighborhood that is close to everything you could matter!

2. Peter helped us a lot before we arrived, in receiving football tickets for us, and with any other tips and help while we stayed. he is really the ideal host.

It was a great pick - highly recommend !
