Wonderfully nice two - storey house with sea views just 300 meters from Mae Haad nearest paradise beach . The house has 3 spacious bedrooms ( 2 with double beds and one with twin beds) with AC, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen , living room. Large HD TV, DVD with surround system , free Wifi , safe, new modern grill, RCD , high chair , cot , etc are in the house .

Private pool with sea views right next to the house with extensive sundeck.

Large wonderful upper roofed terrace with tremendous ocean views . The house is perfect for families with children.

Koh Tao

Owners and property manager Mr Geat where great to deal with. House, island, and location are great. Cameras in common areas are a little tough to get use to not even sure if the work.

Great views and location within 10 minutes walk of shops and restaurants. Property is a little tired and not particularly clean. The window and ceiling leaked when it rained. Nice outdoor space and plunge pool.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, guter Service

Das Haus ist toll, gut ausgestattet, mit Liebe eingerichtet. (die von Vormietern völlig geschundenen Messer mal abgesehen). Die Betten waren hart aber gut, die Klimaanlage völlig ausreichend, der Kühlschrank ein Traum ;). Das Haus liegt wunderschön mit tollem Blick auf das Meer, etwas abgeschieden und erhöht. Was natürlich schön ist aber auch seine Nachteile hat. Um die Stadt zu erreichen muss man schon ein Stück laufen, runter gehts noch, rauf ist schon anstrengender ;). Nun das nicht soooo Tolle: Die Taxifahrer haben wohl eine Art Kartell gebildet und sind nur schwer bereit unter 400 rauf oder runter zu fahren. Nur zum Vergleich, das sind vielleicht 3-4 km. Die Taxifahrt vom Don Muang Airport zum Suvamabumi Airport (etwa 30 km) war billiger. Aber laufen ist ja gesund. Beim starken Regen war die überdachte Terrasse nicht dicht und das hübsche Sofa wurde richtig nass. Wir haben die Polster dann ins Trockne gebracht und wieder trocken bekommen, man konnte aber schon von vorher einige Stockflecken erkennen. Ab und an war der Strom weg, einmal von der ganzen Insel, einige Male nur zum Teil im Haus oder am Pool. Das war natürlich lästig. Hauptsächlich wegen dem Taxikartell und der undichten Terrasse gebe ich einen Punkt Abzug. Trotz allem wirklich ein toller Urlaub.

Très bien

Maison très bien située à Koh Tao, au calme, une vue magnifique, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dont cette petite piscine pour se rafraîchir . Le propriétaire répond très rapidement, ( de Suède) et le manager sur place est très serviable ( Geat) , merci à lui pour ses conseils, et sa gentillesse. c'est un bon choix pour passer quelque jours sur cette magnifique île. le scooter est une bonne idée sur place et aussi pour rejoindre la maison si nous ne souhaitez pas marcher ( 800 mètres du port) Merci

We are a family from Sweden with 2 teenagers. Our dream was to one day have our own villa in paradise and 2010 that dream came true.
We have always loved Thailand for the hospitality, the good food, beautiful nature and of course the weather.

The building of the villa started in 2009 and was ready in the summer of 2010 and exceeded our expectations, the year after we build a private pool with sundeck with an amazing seaview. The villa is perfect if you are looking for a private villa but still within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach.

Why they chose this property

We visited Koh Tao back in 1997 the first time and fell in love with this beautiful island.
The island has the best diving in asia and beautiful nature, a lot of nice restaurants and good service.
Nowadays there are a lot activities on the island besides diving and snorkeling.

What makes this property unique

We choose the location because of the scenery and seaview but still restaurants, shopping, beaches and services like banks, dive centers etc nearby.
Very suitable for families or traveling group unto 6 people (possibility to be unto 8 people when using extra beds, babybeds are also available as well as babychair)
Private pool with large sundeck with amazing seaview
Normal consumption of electricity and water is included in rent (max 4900baht/week)
