About the apartment:

These 60 square meter London vacation rentals are located in a secure residential building without an elevator. They have hardwood flooring throughout and receive plenty of natural light. The cosy living rooms feature a couch, armchair, coffee table and a flat screen television with cable. A free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the flats. There is also a dining corner with a table and chairs for four people should you wish to dine in one night instead of going out to one of the restaurants in the Fitzrovia area.

The apartments have fully equipped kitchens with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker teakettle and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils so you can make a meal right at home. There is also a washing/drying machine for your convenience, which will allow you to pack light and save room for all of your British souvenirs. An iron and board are available for your convenience.

Each flat has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, double, nightstands, bedside lamps and plenty of storage space. All bedding, sheets and pillows are provided and you will find the bed neatly made on arrival. The apartment has one full modern bathroom complete with a combination bathtub/shower, hand washbasin, heated towel rail, toilet and hair dyer. Complementary toilet rolls, shampoos, shower gels and hand soap will be provided to start off your stay. Luxurious bath towels are provided for 4 people as well.

The apartments are heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the London weather forecast. The flats are street facing but remains very quiet and calm thanks to their double-glazed windows. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the flat with suggestions on where to eat and shop in the Fitzrovia area.

- Damage Deposit. A 400€ damage deposit payment is required before arrival

- Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking.

- Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes.

- Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties or events and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 4 people.

The flats Tottenham 3 and 4 are identical. The only difference is the floor. Tottenham 3 is located on the first floor and Tottenham 4 is located on the second floor.

The apartment was just perfect for our needs. Two good bedrooms, separate enough for privacy, to accommodate us and our traveling pals. The bedrooms were clean, serene and comfy. The bathroom well-sized, new and pristine. There were ample linens and towels. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living room/dining area was big enough for the four of us to chat, eat and relax. We loved the location, very central yet safe. A couple blocks away in either direction was Oxford Street, the British Museum, Regents Park, in addition to restaurants, pubs, shops and the underground stations. Everything is just a quick walk awayVery, very convenient. We all felt very comfortable walking around the neighborhood at all hours, even late at night coming back from the theater. We had Raphael waiting for us upon our arrival and he took time to show us around and offered advice on the neighborhood and his favorite restaurants, a very friendly young guy. We would come back without any hesitation.

Amazing Location!

Downright amazing location and picture-perfect apartment. This place was exactly as pictured and we loved having our own kitchen to make breakfast and store snacks. We just loved our stay and Raphael was a great host who met us on time as scheduled. The area is jam-packed with restaurants, you should plan on staying one month so you can try them all. We were overwhelmed with things to do and eat. It was so easy to walk to places from there too. A wonderful stay overall and we would definitely come back next time we are in London.

Good accomodation but staff was very unfriendly

I got an email with a list of things that I need to consider, that's okay and it's done everywhere.

For late check-ins there is a fee (later than 6pm) however the price is tolerable.

As there is no reception we had to prearrange a meeting time in advance. I tried to contact the number that we should meet several times. I also wrote several WhatsApp messages with NO REPLY! After asking him if he would be the correct person to contact in order to prearrange a meeting time he just answered YES without any information. So I didn't know if I would meet anybody who could hand me the keys for the apartment.

Finally I could find another cellphone number that I could contact. The second person was much much more friendly that the other one. But he did not show up on time and he didn't answer the phone while I was waiting for him at the meeting point. I waited at least 30min. In my opinion this is inacceptable and therefore I am trying to help other people while writing this review.

The apartment was indeed a good one. There is not much to say about the apartment but that we only had 1 towel per person. In all other apartments that I have booked there were no limit of towels that could be used. And besides that YOU HAVE TO WASH YOUR DISHES. Why do we pay a cleaning fee?

Nevertheless we had a good time in London.

We we glad to know you enjoyed the apartment but are sorry other you were disappointed with other aspects of your stay. We would like to point out that, as indicated on the listing, the late check-in fee applies only to arrivals after 19h00. After your booking was confirmed, we gave you the mobile numbers of your on-site contact in London. Unfortunately you were trying to reach us on our office phone which is only in operation for a few hours per a day. We were eventually able to clear this up and get in touch with you to organize your arrival. Once a check in appointment is confirmed, we ask our guests to kindly respect the time scheduled with them as we are sometimes running on a tight schedule, and if you are late, we may be required to go and meet another guest to keep them from waiting on the street. We have always provided 1 set of towels per bed (two large towels and a small hand towel) and are glad to provide more should guests request them in advance. We do not require our guests to wash their dishes, but we do ask that you are respectful of the flat and leave it in the same state in which you found it. We do have the flat professionally cleaned after each check out. Arian, it seems that perhaps your expectations were set a bit high and you were expecting to be provided with certain amenities which were never advertised nor promised to you. Now that we are on the same page, please know that we would be happy to be given a second chance to host you in the future. We wish you all the best for the new year.

Convenient but Noisy

Arrival communication was effective and we were met early to gain entry. Orientation was efficient. The apartment pictures are accurate but the flat is not quite as fresh as they represent. The kitchen was decently well outfitted and in good order and the bathroom was outfitted well and clean except the moldy vent. The bedrooms are very adequate in space but the mattresses and pillows are of low quality; but maybe not out of line with the daily rate. The linens were clean. This location has benefits and drawbacks. Access was great for very good Charlotte Street restaurants and a pleasant walk to Theatre District, Covent Garden, and Oxford Street. Several chain groceries were quite convient; look to grab the shopping bag of your favorite in the cupboards before heading out. The Tube, Buses and cabs were easy to utilize. In fact they are right outside the window and difficult to ignore. The buses run heavy until about 3am only drowned out by the regular group of noisy revelries crawling home from the pubs. After this the garbage trucks eventually cede to the relatively quiet rumble of the Tube which soon gets superseded by the delivery trucks. The bedrooms are interior and it was important to close all hallway doors to manage the exterior sound. This relative quiet was broken most nights by an argumentative tenant that has need of family counseling.

This is a great flat for a younger set that is out to enjoy easy access to the local festivities. Families and mature adults may prefer to invest a little more to find refuge off the main drag and perhaps a little greater luxury. Overall not bad for the price but certainly not the 5 stars that had been posted by prior guests.

As with any flat located in the heart of the city, a little city noise is to be expected from time to time, but the fact that you are close to many London attractions helps to make up for it. Can't Get More Central Than This!

We absolutely adored our stay in this London flat. The location was more-than-perfect, just steps away from the Tottenham Court Road Tube Station and minutes walk to the heart of SoHo and Covent Garden. Can't get more central than that. The apartment was clean and well cared for. The WiFi worked well. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and sparkling when we arrived. Our hosts were on time for check-in and easily reachable with questions. We would stay here again gladly!
