A two bedroom two bathroom penthouse apartment with magnificent sea views. Only a ten minute stroll to the beaches of Sabinillas and two minutes more to the lovely marina of La Duquesa. Sunbathe on the terrace from sunrise to sunset, or pull out the awnings and have as much or as little shade as you require. Swim in the two pools or take the beach chairs we provide to the beach, the choice is yours. With full air conditioning or heating for the cooler months , with Wi Fi in the apartment and internet TV not to mention the full DVD library for all ages, It really is an apartment to enjoy. There is a large underground parking space that is on one level so no fighting with ramps and posts . The terrace has a comfy sofa and chair, and a table and four chairs for dining, combine that with stunning views one way to the pools and the other to sea it is a perfect area to relax with a glass of wine or a beer Please view my walk through video link at the bottom of the advert

Great apartment in a great location

Tonys apartment is top draw , very comfortable clean and equipped with everything you could need and more.

The views from the balcony are as seen in the pictures and the balcony gets the sun all day long. We found the location to be perfect as you can walk to both sabanilla and duquesa port easily. We thought the marina was nice place to be with a good selection of cafés ,restaurants and bars, enough to satisfy most needs day and night.

The Argentinian steak house in the port was exceptional.
