Excellent!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. 5 minutes from the centre of Soller and the outside area and pool is fantastic. Mar was very friendly and helpful allowing us to check in early and also organising a taxi back to the airport for us on our return. Would highly recommend Soller and this apartment.

Perfect in every way.

This property is excellent value for money. It is clean and comfortable with great facilities. The outside area is fantastic. We were met by the manager of the property who was very friendly and informative. The property is in a brilliant location, easy walking distance in to the main square. I travelled with my husband and three year old daughter and this property was perfect for us. We had a fantastic trip.

Jeg dummer mig nok ved at skrive denne anmeldelse, for dette "hus" er virkelig flere penge værd. Mar var venlig og imødekommende.

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung - knapp 4 Sterne

Danke an alle ehrlichen Rezensenten dieser Welt - hier mein Beitrag:

Gepflegte und recht gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit privatem Pool, wir waren ganz zufrieden. Noch besser wäre sie mit einer Lüftung für das Badezimmer, Mückengittern vor dem Fenster, ohne offene Chlorabfälle vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster und einer besseren WLAN-Verbindung. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren es ca. 56kb/s - wenn denn mal Daten übertragen wurden, was auch sporadisch der Fall war. Der Parkplatz ist in einer separaten Tiefgarage mit einem eigenwilligen Tor. Ein- und Ausparken schult das Rangieren auf engem Raum und man lernt die Abmessungen seines Mietautos schnell kennen. Wie die beschriebenen 90m2 berechnet wurden, hat sich uns nicht erschlossen, wahrscheinlich zählen der Aussenbereich und das etwas muffige "Gym" dazu. Übrigens hängt am Nachbarhaus eine Kamera, die den Aussenbereich mit erfasst.

Die Verwalterin Mar ist sehr nett und wir wurden mit einer Flasche Wein und exzellenten Orangen überrascht - ¡muchas gracias!

Owner's Response: Hi Katharina, Thank you very much for your review. We really wished that you had told us the problem of the internet when you were staying. Right now, are doing works with fibber optics in Sóller, and we had some problems of speed, but we have another network in the case that this one will not work. Fortunately, the problem of the internet is already solved and now has 10 times more speed. The garage, it is only 15 meters from the property (we think it is not a problem) in Sóller when you leave the car in the street you must pay. Therefore, we offer our clients a free private parking, so they don’t must change the ticket every two hours. I'm sorry if the size of the parking space was not what you expected. We never had problems with our garage, maybe your car was too big. In our description, it says that the gym is shared with only one more dwelling (the only one on the property). So, we felt if you thought it was private use. Normally, there is no one to use the gym. Once again, thank you very much for your review, we would like to thank you for the next time you tell us these details during your stay and we will solve it at that moment, as always.

Een nette en complete appartement dicht bij centrum Soller

Vanuit hier hebben wij een paar dagen heerlijk kunnen fietsen over het eiland. De kamers waren allemaal dik in orde, alleen was het zwembad veel te koud (kan ook aan het tijd van het jaar liggen). Het jammere was dat wij de vrijdag jongelui boven ons kregen die erg veel lawaai hadden, maar daar kan men niet zoveel aan doen. Dicht bij het centrum van Soller.
