A large double bedroom and full bathroom and a single bedroom complete the apartment. There is the possibility to prepare a double sofa bed in the living room and a bunk bed in the single bed for emergency extra guests or young kids. The flat is also equipped with a baby cot for children under 4yrs old.
The apartment is furnished with modern and new pieces of high quality Italian interior design pieces and has all comforts.
The 5 windows facing the Canal Grande give natural light to the apartment from dawn till sunset and it is very quiet being on a high floor.
We spent a week in this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed it. Upon arrival we were met by Sophia with Red House and guided through the details of the apt. Very open and spacious floor plan, clean and well appointed. The market is only steps away as are grocery/wine stores and great variety of restaurants. The Ghetto was near as we enjoyed spending time there as well. The vaporetta stop is an easy walk and great way to get around. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises, sunsets and full moon on the canal. We can highly recommend the apt. as well as Red House Management - both are top notch!!
Incredible views of the Grand Canal from the 5 windows made it difficult to leave the apartment. Good service on arrival and departure. Lovely marble bathroom. Clean and inviting apartment . Have already recommended this apartment to friends.
I stayed in this wonderful apartment during 4 nights in September together with friends. The apartment was exactly as described on the internet, maybe even brighter and more spacy. A large living room with a breathtaking view of the Grand Canal from several windows, 2 nice bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and an elegant bathroom. Close to a a local fruit and vegetable market, several nice shops and restaurants and the San Marcuola vaporetto stop that will take you anywhere in Venice. Away from the tourist hustle and bustle, but at the same time a central location. I have been to Venice more than 10 times over the years, and Ca delle Perle is definitely one of the best vacation rentals I have experienced.
We very much enjoyed our recent stay at the Ca' delle Perle. We were greeted at the Vaporetto stop by the charming Bruno, who made us feel at home. The location of the apartment, overlooking the Grand Canal, is excellent. We enjoyed watching the comings and goings along the water and appreciated being in easy walking distance of the local fruit and vegetable market, shops, restaurants, atmospheric canals, and major sights.
The apartment is grand and spacious, elegantly furnished, comfortable, and functional. In short, we highly recommend Ca' delle Perle and hope to stay there again ourselves!
The place was clean and the location was good. The main room is spacious and very bright with many windows looking out onto the canal. We enjoyed watching the boats drive by as we had our coffee and tea in the morning. The kitchen is very small but functional. The biggest downside of the place is that the beds are extremely uncomfortable. We were there as a family of 5 (3 smallish children) and every bed we had was awful (very hard with poking springs). The pillows were also terrible. We mentioned this to the property manager the first night, but nothing was done. Lastly, they charge a late arrival fee that we felt was quite steep especially when compared to other properties we looked at (100 vs. 30).
My wife and I stayed here recently for our honeymoon. The staff was great as we were significantly delayed until late in the night. Marco and team graciously kept in touch with us until our arrival and met us at the dock around 10pm to walk us to our door. We did have to pay the extra fee for late check-in but it was nice to know they were willing to make the accommodation for our travel issues. The apartment is exactly as described you have a great view of the Grand Canal but the location is away from the main tourist area which was nice. With San Marcuola vaporetto stop only a few min walk away you had the best of both worlds. You can head into St. Marks Square during the day then retreat back to this less travelled spot for piece and quiet. Just outside the apartment there are a number of fruit carts and local shops to prepare your own meals if you so choose. The apartment was well stocked. The A/C worked perfectly in every room they even provided plug-in mosquito repellents for the times you chose to keep your windows open (which will be more than not) As for the internet they do provide free wifi via a 3G mobile hub but we were never successful in getting it to load even the simplest of web pages due to its severe speed limitations. Just assume you will not have wifi unless you bring it with you on your smart phone however we really did not miss it. The team was very responsive any time we had an issue (only one really as this place is well maintained) they either answered on the first call or if we received vm called us back within 10 min. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes the fast pace of the city during the day but the quiet downtime in the evenings and night as it provides the balance between the two. Overall a great place!
