The flat boasts a large terrace, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

This minimalist, bright, and comfortable flat is on the Pollensa Port promenade. It has a great location in the town centre, five minutes from the beach. The flat features a spacious and bright living / dining area with a sofa, two chairs, satellite TV, and a dining table. This room leads out to the expansive terrace through sliding doors. The terrace boasts four deck chairs, a parasol, a table, and chairs: perfect for al fresco dining whilst enjoying the wonderful views of the bay. The master bedroom also gives onto the terrace. This room houses a double bed and a fitted wardrobe. The two other bedrooms have two single beds and a fitted wardrobe. The flat offers a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, etc. There is a second terrace, behind the house, features a washing machine, a barbecue, and a W.C.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location

Nice clean apartment in a great location right on pine walk with the outstanding feature being its large terrace overlooking the beach and views of the morning sunrise!

Shops and restaurants are literally right on the doorstep as is the start of the famous pine walk.

Children's playground on the beach opposite the apartment was perfect for our 2 young boys.

Great location, clean and well equipped

We took our family of 4 (including a 6 and 9 year old) and found this to be a great apartment in a great location. All three bedrooms are of a good size and, as another reviewer mentioned, the balcony is great. The apartment is well equipped with a small dishwasher, large refrigerator and a washing machine.

Situated on the 1st floor (UK) or 2nd floor (US) this apartment is a 30ft amble across the pedestrian area to the beach.

If you're a first time visitor (we were) then take a trip out to see the lighthouse and also the drive to Port de Soller.

En rigtig god beliggenhed. Passende til 4 Pers. Tæt på indkøb, strand og Vandreture

En dejlig lejlighed godt beliggende. Et veludstyret køkken gør at det er muligt at lave mad selv. Det er også muligt med gåafstand at besøge mange restauranter i byen. Den offentlige badestrand er lige uden for døren. En dejlig stor terrasse byder på en fantastisk udsigt over havet

a very relaxing and great week in a nice apartement in a great area

my wife, me little doughter an me had a great time in port de pollencia.

the apartment is located in very nice area with a lot of shops and restaurants. for us, especially with our baby, it was great to be able to get out

of the apartment and be directely on the beach and also have the possibility to do a walk on the beachfront with the stroller.

the apartment itself was clean and there was enough space for everything. Internet worked very well and the view from the apartment was very nice.

everything was easy which is important, especially if you are travelling with a baby.

so i really can recommend this apartment.

Tolles Ferienapartment, sehr gut ausgestattet modern und top sauber. Selbst Kleinigkeiten (Salz, Filtertüten,Klarsichtfolie) vorhanden. Tolle Terrasse sehr gut möbliert und eine traumhafte Aussicht. Der Eigner ist sehr nett und kümmert sich bei Problemen sofort. Ein Sternchen Abzug gibt es für das Bad, welches modernisierungsbedürftig ist. Duschen in der Badewanne mit Plastevorhang sollten der Vergangenheit angehören und sind für Menschen mit Handicap eine Gefährdung.
