A double bedroom with lots of light and space to make you feel at home!

This large converted attic has a super comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a chaise-longue with storage space and a wardrobe to fit all of your storage needs. The large window has a lovely view to the back gardens. Our home is very cosy and welcoming and has received a lot of love in the last few years, since we started working on it.

You will have access to a fully equipped and bright kitchen, a washing machine for your laundry, a comfortable living room with a record player and a TV screen as well as a clean bathroom with a spacious power shower. There is also wi-fi, a scanner and printer available.

Our neighbourhood has a very interesting environment. It's homey and familiar but also jam-packed with freelance artists of all sorts. Pretty much every one around here appreciates local markets and independent businesses so there is always something interesting to discover. Famous Stoke Newington Church Street with all the restaurants and buzzing Dalston are both walking distance away.

There is a train station less than 30 seconds walk from the house which will get you to Liverpool Street in 15 minutes and Oxford Street in 25 mins via Victoria Line. There is also a bus system to take you anywhere in London. We are in Zone 2 so you Oyster Card rates still remain low.

There is no smoking in the house. We don't have any pets but we have plants on our roof terrace for which we really care for. We have both written our own personal tour guides for things we love doing around London which are available to your use on arrival.
We expect our guests to respect and love our home like it's their own! We have friendly neighbours and we are trying to keep it that way too, so please be cool when visiting.
