Entertainment is provided for with a flat screen TV (english news channels) and good quality stere unit. There is Wifi/internet access.The bedroom is located of the livingroom has king-size double bed and has bedside tables with table lamps, and there are wardrobes and further TV. The bathroom - has a full bath/shower, double wash hand basins and tiled throughout - there is the washing machine area. There is a separate WC off the hallway. The american kitchen area is fully equipped. There are white units with a wooden worktop. There is a 4 plate hob, oven, dishwasher fridge/freezer and full cooking utenils. The apartment has a mobile (water based) air cooling unit and fans - through this is a tradional building so generally stays cool in summer (faces east)This really is a lovely apartment, bright and charming with modern appliances but furnished in a traditional style - perfect for a couple excellent location.
This holiday rental apartment is located in the centre of Nice in the very desirable area known as the Carré d'Or. It is very close to the beach - a short walk just two blocks or streets will bring you onto the Promenade des Anglais. Guests will find many high quality shops, wine bars, and excellent restaurants on their doorstep and just one street away is Rue de France and the beginning of the Massena pedestrian zone with plenty of shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Nice's Old Town and Cours Saleya daily market is a 15 minute stroll away. The local bus route is close by and the airport express bus stops on the Promenade. The main train station is about a 15 minute walk away, and the Port and Castle Hill will take about 20 minutes by foot.
