Situated in Appledore s most photographed street this character cottage enjoys a desirable seaside location just a stone s throw from the lifeboat station and bustling quayside. Here you ll find a collection of independent shops and galleries together with fishing and boat trips for exploring the magnificent coastline. A 5-minute drive will bring you to Westward Ho! which boasts two miles of golden sandy beach together with an array of amusements and amenities. During your stay make sure you pay a visit to some of the popular local attractions which include the cobbled streets of Clovelly RHS Rosemoor Gardens Tapeley Park and Dartington Crystal. Inside the accommodation is contemporary in layout but is full of character with wooden flooring and coastal decor throughout. A galley kitchen is located towards the rear of the house but is light and airy thanks to two sky lights. Here you will find an electric oven gas hob fridge with ice compartment washing machine dishwasher and microwave. Enjoy your meals at the dining table in the window at the front of the house before relaxing on the comfortable sofa for an evening in front of the TV/DVD. Also on the ground floor is a clean and bright bathroom with WC featuring pretty mosaic tiles surrounding the P-shaped bath which has a shower-over. Upstairs there is one bright and airy double and one cosy single bedroom perfect for a child. Outside steps lead up to an enclosed sunny courtyard garden the perfect spot to enjoy an al fresco meal as the sun goes down. Parking is available close by in the public car parks.
