This house was in an ideal location for us. It is in easy reach of the Ceredigion coast and can be used as a good base for exploring mid-West Wales. It has some good features, like the large conservatory and a reasonably well equipped kitchen but it also had some disappointments. The cottage seems much larger in the pictures and the pictures carefully don't show a fairly busy road which runs adjacent to the patio. When we arrived, the house wasn't very clean. The last occupants had left dog hair all over the floor and, even though the cottage had been cleaned, it seemed like a quick lick and promise and the hair had resettled and was not very pleasant.
No welcome pack so make sure you have essentials like toilet paper
The owners were quick to resolve but it left us disappointed. We had a good week in the cottage but it could have been so much better.
