Outstanding!

  • 5 of 5

Kirk's home is exceptional, and I highly recommend to anyone visiting Charleston. It is centrally located in the historic district, within easy walking distance to everything. Every room is spacious and well appointed. The home was spotlessly clean, both beds are very comfortable, and the full kitchen has every appliance and utensil one could need. We found Kirk to be wonderfully friendly, easy to communicate with, and were especially appreciative of his excellent recommendations of where to eat, and what to see. We will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this place. The location is perfect. On a quiet street but near everything. The area is safe, clean and oh, so charming! Couldn’t have asked for a better place for my family this week!

Ideal Location

  • 5 of 5

This townhouse is nicely appointed. It has everything you need if you find you need to be away from your own home for an extended period of time. Its location is ideal for walking to many Charleston sites, restaurants, the pier, the grocery store and so much more. There is also the bonus of an off street parking space with this rental.

Location

In downtown Charleston historic district; walk to shopping, restaurants, parks, Gaillard Auditorium, TD Arena and College of Charleston, historical places and houses; grocery/liquor stores 1 block away. Close proximity to everything. One parking space provided which is very desirable in downtown Charleston.
