Situated in the traditional fishing village of Appledore this property is within walking distance of its quintessential quayside and selection of shops galleries family pubs and Maritime Museum. Beyond Appledore itself the North Devon coastline is lined with quaint fishing villages golden sandy beaches and sheltered coves providing countless destinations for great days out. Other nearby popular attractions include The Big Sheep The Milky Way RHS Rosemoor and the Royal North Devon Golf Course. The stylish accommodation is accessed via the second floor of this coastal townhouse and offers open-plan living filled with nautical touches and plenty of natural light. On the entrance level there is one double bedroom with iPod dock one bunk bedroom and a bathroom with shower over bath. Most of your time will be spent on the first floor where the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is located. The contemporary kitchen area contains an electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge/freezer and microwave together with a good-sized dining table. The lounge area beyond is light and airy and features a TV/DVD and radio as well as a desk for anyone wishing to work while away. On the ground floor the master king-size bedroom can be made into a twin on request and enjoys a TV/DVD en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and doors leading onto the enclosed patio area perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. Also on the ground floor is a utility room which houses a washing machine. During your stay enjoy al fresco meals on the enclosed patio area at the rear of the property where you will find garden furniture and a BBQ.
