A 5 minute drive leads you to Cornwall s south coast which offers a taste of the real Cornwall its beaches secluded coves and picturesque fishing villages such as Looe Polperro and Mevagissey. For something different why not take a stroll or the cycle route to the village of Luxulyan and take the local train from the request stop to Newquay or why not try your hand at fishing only 2 miles away. Sehr abgeschiedene daher auch idyllische Lage in einem Wald in einer Senke. Untergeschoss (Schlafzimmer und Bad) sehr dunkel und feucht. Das Bad wird über das Schlafzimmer entlüftet/getrocknet. Keine Fenster zum öffnen, nur Tür. Bad fensterlos. Ein zu Verfügung stehender Heizlüfter schafft nur wenig Abhilfe. Bad nur geeignet bis 1,85 Körpergröße. Stärke des Wasserstrahls der Dusche sehr hart und nicht zu regulieren. Nur Temperatur. Insbesondere Dusche baulich in schlechtem Zustand.
Wohnraum ok. Ausstattung Küche ok. Balkon sehr ungepflegt.
Insgesamt macht die Wohnung einen wenig gepflegten Eindruck.
Empfang durch die Inhaber war freundlich.
