This property is ideal for guests who really want to get away from the stresses of daily life and lose themselves in the peaceful rural surroundings. The valley within which the property is situated offers guests miles of scenic walks but for those who want more of a challenge the South West Coast Path is just a few miles away where visitors can enjoy hikes and incredible views of the dramatic Atlantic coastline. Just five miles from the property the town of Bampton is a designated conservation area and as such offers a glimpse at traditional life in rural Devon a choice of pubs and restaurants and a small range of shops including a convenience store and a traditional butchers shop. Approaching this property down the long wooded drive guests will immediately gain a sense of just how wonderfully private and secluded it is here. The property occupies a single storey annexe of the main farmhouse which will remain unoccupied during the stay allowing guests to have the place to themselves. Entering the property guests will first come to the cosy lounge with its comfortable seating TV/DVD and warming woodburner. The property s kitchen/diner is accessed via glass doors from the lounge and offers a dining table double oven hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher whilst the washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a separate utility room. The bedroom is a comfortable double room with plenty of storage space and a TV/DVD allowing guests to relax and enjoy a lie-in in the mornings. There is a large wet room which has a shower and a WC with hand grips. Accessed via the garden there is also a separate sun room where guests will find a fun table tennis table table football and a child s size pool table. Outside there is a patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ overlooking the expansive lawns which guests have sole use of during their stay. Beyond the garden guests are able to access the 240 acres of wildlife rich countryside and woodlands which surround the property. There is ample off-road parking provided.
