This property enjoys a fantastic location right on the river estuary in the village of Appledore with its range of independent shops working harbour and choice of eateries. In the summer months a ferry runs across the estuary to the neighbouring village of Instow which has a sandy beach and is home to The Royal North Devon Yacht Club. Westward Ho! with its two-mile-wide expanse of sandy beach is just a short drive away as is Northam Burrows Country Park with its 253 hectares of coastal plains sand dunes and salt marshes. The ground floor of this waterfront property offers a lounge/diner with a dining table seating six gas fire comfortable seating and TV/DVD. However despite all of this the room s prime feature is the stunning view from the large patio doors which open to give access onto the balcony which runs the full width of the room. The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven hob microwave fridge and dishwasher whilst the freezer and washer/dryer can be found in a separate utility room. On the lower-ground floor of the property there is a stunning master bedroom suite a king-size room with TV/DVD en-suite shower room with WC and its own private balcony overlooking the estuary. The property s two further bedrooms are located on the first floor both of which enjoy river views. The first of these is a double room whilst the other is a bunk bedroom which is suitable for use by adults or children. The main bathroom is also on the first floor and offers a bath separate shower and WC. Outside the property benefits from two waterfront balconies one off the lounge/diner and the other off the master bedroom. Both of these offer seating from which guests can enjoy the uninterrupted views. There is parking for one car on the hardstanding in front of the property and plenty of additional parking is available in the village itself.
