About the property

Situated close to the main farmhouse the barn is set within a beautiful countryside position and offers glorious views over the fields and beyond. The property is full of character and charm and is in an ideal location for couples and families alike to explore the area. The wonderful sandy beaches at Westward Ho! Saunton and Croyde are perfect for sunbathers and surfers or why not visit one of the local attractions such as The Milky Way The Big Sheep or Arlington Court. For those feeling more active the Tarka Trail is within easy reach and it s perfect for those wishing to take a long walk or a bike ride. There are also many wonderful pubs within the area all serving good food or why not just sit and relax on your own private patio and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the farm. Upon entering the delightful property you will immediately notice the characterful beams and attractive fireplace in the lounge/dining room. There is a cosy wood burner to curl up in front of on those cooler days and there is also under floor heating to keep your toes nice and warm too whilst watching your favourite TV programme or DVD. There is ample room to enjoy leisurely meals around the dining table and French doors open out to the patio and garden beyond. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob a fridge/freezer a microwave and a washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. The barn has two bedrooms upstairs a king-size and a twin with access to a separate WC from both rooms. Due to the character of the property both bedrooms have limited headroom. Outside is a spacious enclosed garden for the family to enjoy. There is a private hot tub on the patio and steps up from the patio lead to the lawn area where there is a seating area with a table and chairs ideal for al fresco drinks or dining. There is also access to the shared play area. Ample parking is available outside the property.
