This property is situated on a ten-acre smallholding close to the attractive fishing port of Looe. This smallholding complete with sheep and a dew inquisitve free range chickens make this the perfect rural getaway. Free range eggs are available when the chickens are in lay. The grounds also attract many forms of wildlife and offer walks through woodland meadow land and around a deep pond which guests are invited to enjoy responsibly. Just half a mile from the property and accessible on foot is the village of Herodsfoot where keen walkers can join the West Looe Valley Trail. As well as Looe there are a number of other interesting towns and villages in the local area including Polperro with its restaurants craft galleries sandy beach tidal pool and pleasure boat trips. A little further away but still within easy reach the world-renowned Eden Project is a must-see for visitors to the area. Two steps up to the front door bring guests to this single-storey barn conversion. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner lounge has high ceilings with exposed beams and a wood burner. There is also a TV with DVD and freesat here for guests to enjoy after a day out exploring the local area. There is a window-side dining table for two perfect for romantic meals or a lazy breakfast. The kitchen area is equipped with an intergrated oven and gas hob microwave and fridge with ice compartment. There is a separate shared laundry room with the washing machine and tumble dryer that guests can use for a small charge which is payable directly to the owner. The property s bedroom is a comfortable king-size with a spacious en-suite bathroom which has a shower over bath and WC. Outside there is an enclosed garden to the front of the property with a patio area outdoor seating and a BBQ. Guests are alsoinvited to use the shared grounds. There is ample off-road parking.
