This semi-detached property is set in a rural location surrounded by 28 acres of the owners land. The perfect spot for guests looking for that bit of rest and relaxation in tranquil surroundings yet close to many of Cornwall s most popular attractions and seaside towns. Located in central north Cornwall this is the ideal location for guests who are looking to tour this unique county. Just 10 minutes from the A30 that links East and West Cornwall means that the popular tourist hot spots of Bodmin Moor with its rugged beauty England s most westerly point Lands End as well as the famous variety of National Trust properties and of course The Eden Project Cornwall s premiere attraction are all within easy reach. The north coast is strewn with surfing beaches and secluded sandy coves whilst the south coast offers a variety of picture postcard traditional fishing villages harbours and a wealth of other attractions. The beach at Crackington Haven is just 8 miles away and at low-tide the sand is exposed. The towns of Bude Port Isaac and Tintagel known for its connections to King Arthur and The Knights of the Round Table are also within easy reach. The upside-down layout of this cottage offers a lounge/kitchen/diner on the first-floor. Guests will find comfortable seating here as well as a wood burner (logs provided) a TV and DVD. Retaining some of the original features the low wooden beams mean that head height is slightly restricted. The compact kitchen area is equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Use of a tumble dryer is in a separate outhouse. The two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The first is a double and the second a twin. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a shower over bath and WC. Heading outside the property has a shared enclosed garden with seating overlooking the grounds. In addition the owner welcomes guests to enjoy the twenty-eight acres of land with its picnic areas and woodland walks. Guests can also pay a visit to the many resident animals which include alpacas pigs cattle and hens and could even help at feeding time. There is ample off-road parking available.
