This property is situated in a prime location with one of Cornwall s most iconic views from its windows: the view across the sandy beach at Mounts Bay to the imposing island of St Michael s Mount. A few minutes walk through the narrow streets of Marazion will take guests to the town s shops restaurants cafes and galleries and then on to its vast sandy beach where visitors can either walk or take a boat to St Michael s Mount. It is even possible to take the seafront South West Coast path and walk around the bay to Penzance which is around a three-mile walk. Steps lead to the front door of the property which is on the first-floor. From here take the stairs to the second-floor living space with its comfortable and relaxing lounge which has large windows with views across to St Michael s Mount. There is a balcony from which to enjoy these views and back inside a wood burner TV DVD and even a snooker/pool table. The contemporary and stylish kitchen/diner is accessed through the lounge and also enjoys those stunning views. There is everything guests will need here including a large dining table oven hob and microwave. There is a separate utility room which houses the fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. Taking the stairs down to the first floor brings guests to three of the property s bedrooms. The master bedroom is a spacious double with doors which open out onto a balcony that looks across to the bay. A second double with balcony access and a twin room complete the accommodation on this floor. The twin room has a door which leads to the patio at the rear of the property. The main bathroom with bath and WC is on this floor as is a shower room also with WC. Narrow open tread stairs lead to the ground floor where there is a second twin room with its own TV and DVD as well as en-suite shower and WC. There is an external door on this floor which gives access to the front of the property. Outside the property has two separate outdoor spaces: to the rear of the property is a patio area with seating and across the lane is a terraced garden with garden furniture and sea views. There is off-road parking for two cars. Discounted rates for parties of six guests may be available during off-peak periods.
