You will be ideally positioned for exploring Exmoor as well as popular beaches with Saunton and Westward Ho! just a 30-minute drive away. The dramatic coastline includes picturesque villages such as Clovelly Lynton Lynmouth and Porlock that are all worth a visit. The larger town of Barnstaple is just a 15-minute drive away offering a cinema restaurants and shops while the market town of Bideford is reached via a 30-minute drive and offers an attractive water front and the popular Burton Gallery Arts Centre. Closer the village of High Bickington with its general store and character pub is just one mile the golf course of Libbaton is half a mile away and the Highbullen Hotel is a ten-minute drive. The property which is accessed via a partly un-made road has been beautifully decorated to provide stylish accommodation. The lounge offers a lovely space to relax with comfortable sofas and a TV/DVD and this leads through to the kitchen/diner which has been well-equipped with everything you could need for a self-catering break including an oven with hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washer/dryer and table with seating. There is also a WC on the ground floor. Head upstairs from the lounge and you will find the two beautifully decorated bedrooms: there is a double room and a twin room both with access to the private balcony with countryside views and each with their own en-suite shower rooms with WC. On sunny days guests can relax on the garden seating at the front of the property or soak up the views from the private enclosed balcony. There is off-road parking for one car.
